    My New 1850 List that pwnz

    Hey ty for checking my new list out.... after playing my old list for 3 years and winning every game i decided to make a new list because it was getting old and here it is.... its a huge step from the commander with 2 body gaurds, 18 stealth suits, 6 squads of fire warriors and 3 hammer heads yata yata and now it has some close hand kick in it for some extra fun : ) and i might get a loose or 2

    THERE I PUT IN A EXTRA CRISIS TEAM SENCE U HAVE TO I MISRED THAT SECTION OPPS!


    My New 1856 Tau Empire List

    HQ
    Commander Farsight with 7 Bodyguards – 704 Points
    -All Bodyguards are equipped with plasma rifles and missile pods with target locks and they also have a marker drone-
    (also get free bonding knife and preferred enemy when fighting Orks).

    Elites
    2 Crisis Battlesuits – 96 Points
    -2 twin linked fusion blasters and they also have a target lock-
    (also get free bonding knife and preferred enemy when fighting Orks).

    Troops
    12 Fire Warriors – 140 Points
    -All Fire Warriors have pulse rifles and the squad has a leader and a marker light-
    (also get free bonding knife and preferred enemy when fighting Orks).

    12 Fire Warriors – 140 Points

    3 Broadside Battlesuit – 255 Points
    -Target arrays and 1 is a leader but they all have rail guns with smart missiles-
    (also get free bonding knife and preferred enemy when fighting Orks).



    But leave some fead back if you will plz and rate from 1/10 tx

    your army isn't legal.

    if you take farsight, you must have atleast one elite squad of crisis suits.

    there i added the crises all i had to do was take out my stealtyh but i gues having the twin linked fusion will do better agenst tanks then the 1 and 2 burst cannons

    Let's see...

    Farsight is awesome...as are his 7 companions. They are, however, sitting ducks as they are too big to hid anywhere. So they need SDs not markerdrones as the markerdrone takes away the JSJ ability as far as I can tell. I SD per suit should be efficient. So you really need every suit firing at different targets? I would think more carefully about perhaps using a TA on the suits (for higher BS) and then HWMT on at least a few to provide for more accurate firing. I would think 6 suits firing at the same target is ok as then you can charge and kill them on that turn (or the next one).

    I would break the 2 crisis apart and go 1 each with TLFB/SG. It's a bit more survivable. Another option that I have been growing to like is the old TmLd/FB/MP/SG/HWMT. I admit it doesn't seem like it should work on paper, but it has been working wonders for me lately at vehicle killing (especially when I can't deepstrike in a mission).

    Do you like sniper drones? I just think they are a bit useless... but if you like them, use them. I'd normally say use a hammerhead, but you don't have any tanks, so go with them, I guess.

    I think I'd give the list about a 4/10 as is, simply because i don't think the farsight group would last 2 rounds against most decent opponents. I think with some small changes you can have a 7/10 or 8/10 list.
