Welcome to Librarium Online!
Well, I've come for some help.
I've taken quite a liking to the Dark eldar as of late and I've decided to start drawing up a list. Heres my 1000 Pt Wych Cult list I'm working on. I'm fairly sure it requires much tweeking.
Stuff in Italics are things that I'm considering droping in favour of something else.
HQ [160 Pts]
Typical Punisher Tormentor Combo on the Big boss.
Troops 2x[233 Pts] [219 Pts]
they all now have plasma grenades, and two of them are now ten man squads. The Archite will jump in with the squad with nine. the Raiders now get Disintagrators and horrorfexes.
Heavy Support [120 Pts]
Are there any other upgrades you'd want to take on this guy? Nothing really comes to mind at the moment.
Total: [965 Pts]
EDIT: Alright, 35 points left. Any suggestions?

Keep the drugs and the field, they are very helpfull and most definitely worth the points. However exchanging the punisher for an agoniser is a better option in my opinion. One of the wych units can be made into a retinue so you automaticaly know which unit the archite joins. Also I would consider giving archite the hell mask. The retinue can have a horofex equiped raider with a disie.
The 2 troop wych raider units can be boosted up to 10 model. Agoniser equiped sucubus and 9 wyches. I gave my succubus a hell mask, and I love it so thats an option. All wyches need wych weapons and PREFERABLY plasma grenades. They are very helpfull in my opinion. Raiders need horofexes and preferably disies.
Two ravagers is too much for 1k army in my opinion. If you drop one you will have a lot of points to spare on items like hell masks, plasma grenades, disies on raiders and horofexes. I truly believe that you should get rid of the second ravager. Boosting up efectiveness of the squads is a lot more important then 3 disies in my view
Horofexes are sweet so dont ever question them, just think how nice it would be to slice one squad in CC while a raider pins the other and keeps em from interfering

Alright, I'm prety sure I agree with most of your points.
Now that I think about it too, two ravangers is a bit much for 1000 Pts. I'll drop one.
With these extra points, I've decided to buy plasma grenades for everybody. Not too sure if I should buy them for the Archite though, wouldent the combat drugs be able to do what they do?
I've put disintegrators and horrorfexes on the raiders. I'm feeling a little antsy about the lack on anti-tank.
On the hellmask idea. I'm not too sure about those. Is it for the whole squad, or just the model with the mask?
Getting a little concerned over the very low model count, but thats probably from my being used to fielding around one-hundred models in 100 Pts with my orkz.
The old list has been edited to reflect these changes. There are now 50 points left to spend.
Hell masks are given to sucubi, not the entire squad. You should give plasma grenades to archite and I would also give her a hell mask. Think about it, enemy models need to pass an Ld test every turn otherwise they will have 1/6 chance of actually hiting you. Is that sweet or wut for such a low price.Originally Posted by Marlinspike
If you really like the idea, you can consider a trophy rack for the archite and if point allow sucubi, It might be a little expensive but would be a great adition to the hell mask combo.
Your armor piercing depends on your oponent, if you fight necrons, just keep the lances on all your vehicles and buy some blasters using the points that u would spend on disies. Against marines, you have a perfect list. I hope you have horofexes though.
I suppose I should rephrase my question better on the hellmasks. If the oppononent fails their LD check, then do they hit on 6's for the whole squad, or just on the bearer of the mask?
I'm considering an animus vitae on the Archite. have you used those with any success?
The person with the hell mask is hit only on a 6 if the ld test is failed, still if attacked by lets say a squad of marines in CC, you could have them swing at the whole wych squad and since the succubi is part of the whole squad, you could allow them to swing at her and thus force em to take the Ld test. If hits are scored, simply redirect them at other wyches.Originally Posted by Marlinspike
I think animus vitae is overrated, I had partial success with it but not enough to make it worth its price. Besides, Archite is an expert in CC anyway
I like the animus, it is one of those items that can go either way so its no biggie if you dont like it - I like it and find taking prisoners as easy in order to activate it. In my last game, the Archite had the animus and had a WS7 making marines hit him on "5's". It relieves you from needing the extra drugs in battle. For example the +1 to strength from the animus gives you Str 5 with the punisher. At this level I take the +1 attack and re-roll misses drugs with confidence. Just remember not take the animus if you have an agoniser - but I am a big punisher fan for lords anyway.
I dont like masks, especially on a squad leader. The sybarite/succubus is the last to get hit, your opponent cant target him/her and you shouldnt be volunteering him/her to die first anyway. Getting a mask for a squad leader is pointless - masks are for IC's and only if there are spare points laying around (in 1000 points there's never spare points laying around).
Those are my opinions, milage may vary
Al-righty, I like the sound of the animus. I'll throw one on my Archite.
Spare points? I'm having a hard time trying to spend those last 35 points... Any suggestions?
I am desperate about pinning so u could consider xenoplasm and maybe a couple blasters for the wyches. Also maybe some talismans if you really want to waste some points
Hmm, blasters on the witches... I'd like to se some opinions on these.
