Well, ive decided to redo my eldar now that the awesome codex has come out. I used to play Ulthwe, but now that they've been officialy removed, i have to completely redo my list and im not entirely sure what the best path to take is. I want a fairly shooty and stationary army with a few fast moving assault units that i can hit the enemy with as they get close, so if you can offer any advice as to how to get me in that direction, it is more than welcome.

As previously stated, the army is mainly meant to be fairly stationary, shooting the enemy as it advances. As they close in, a quick strike by the banshees and harlequins combined with the solid core of two wraithlords and an avatar should finish off anything the guns didnt.
Ditch the 20 guardians and take 3 Vypers with scatter lasers instead. Guardians only have a 12 inch shooting range, they won't be doing much with their regular shots while the enemy advances on them. Vypers, on the other hand, will be able to constantly reposition themselves for a better shot at the enemy and get out of the way of return fire much easier as well.
I hate Guardians and never use them if I can help it. If I want to use a heavy weapon I almost always put it on a Vyper. If it doesn't fit the theme of your stationary army, I notice you have some Heavy Support slots open and War Walkers would do just as well.
EDIT: Also, with that setup you'll have 3 scatter lasers pouring fire into the enemy whereas before you just had 2.
Do not drop the guardians, they make a really nice firebase and when paired with the wraithlords people are going to refuse to charge them. They also add a nice bulk to the army which vypers will not.
I agree with sick, ive always liked guardians, (even if they used to be of the black variety). Ive actually always thought that vypers were pretty flimsy; i only included them as filler and as protection for my wave searpent, (either as a screen or distraction). My plan was to drop them first if anyone can give me some suggestions.
Yea, how about sum warp spiders, they can pump out just as much shots at the strength and they are more survivable. They can also nearly match the speed of the vypers, and although they do not provide any direct screening for your waveserpents, if used to harras the enemy to the point where he can't ignore them then they will prove just as usefull.
