Again, i was bored and drew up a rough zilla list, comments please!

Drop the uber fex for another sniperfex... As sexy as they look they just do not make it into combat =/ If you do want to keep him I would suggest to lose regen, and grab bonded exo, the +1 toughness is better than maybe gaining back 1 wound imo. get rid of 1 sqaud of hormies. With the points you saved get a VC and 2 gaurds for the walking tyrant. Combine your hormies into two larger broods. Other than that the list looks good! I'm a fan of the biggins list.

Ill defiantly drop 1 squad of gaunts for 2 guard. Would you also suggest dropping all the other gaunts in favour of stealers or spinegaunts?
As for the uberfex, I quite like him being cc orientated. Im hoping that with the flyrant, stealers and other cc elites that he will make it to cc, or at least let the others in without too much damage. Would this work in real life or do you stand by your comments of making him a sniperfex? Also, the fex with tl devs and st, would you take him purely cc or shooty or leave him as he is?
I was going to give the walker tyrant a vc but decided against it for points reasons. Is he really that bad?
Personally I like GS a lot more than gaunts. If you want to drop them for better CC, than go with the GS. If you are looking for tar pits, go spinegaunts than. I to am a big fan of CC fex's, only problem is they hardly do what they are designed to do (for me at least). One thing that it will do though is draw fire (and intimidate your opponenant!) Even if it doesn't make it to combat, it can still help you. If you like him, I definately say to keep them, however I still think you should just go 2xST, rather than the Claws. I still think that he would be more effective as a Sniperfex, but try both and see what you like better. The fex with the TL dev's and ST, change the AG from WS to I. That way he can still attack bf powerfists, I would leave him though. As for the walking Tyrant, the VC is very nice as it is 3S8 shots... not to bad If you want to mix it up a bit though, go 2xTL devs on him. I have yet to use this combo, but many other people have with lots of success. Again, I like your list but with a couple tweaks I think it will help it compete a little bit better. Good luck!
I know carnifex's armed for combat look and sound great but that six inch movement isn't going to get you into combat any sooner than turn threee giveing your opponent plenty of time to shoot. I would also recommend keeping your fexes cheap to get more troops. As a last point I would drop the flyrant and the tyrant and take two tyrants with twin devoureres and psychis scream /the horror.
