HQ: Auturch w/ Jetbike, Mandiblaster and Lance-130
Standard Auturch, goes with the spears.
Farseer w/ Jetbike, Stones, Warding, Doom and Eldritch Storm-165
Fairly standard with doom for the rifles... Not sure if it is worth it in this list though. So many high strength guns might make a Wraithlord more efficient.
Elite: 6x Fire Dragons-96 Wave Serpent w/ EML, VE and SS-150
Gets up in front of a tank or small marine squad and rips it apart. The Serpent can do some AT as well.
5x Harlies w/ Kisses and 1x Shadowseer w/ Kiss-162
Has a powerful punch in CC, and can either walk around as a counter-assault unit or get in the serpent and mess up some unfortunate dev team.
Troops: 6x Rangers- 114
Good for shooting 4+ and worse saves, around as efficient as the pathfinders for 3+, a little cheaper and fluffy.
3x Jetbikes w/ Cannon-76
Cheap, mobile and fills a few points.
FA: 4x Spears, 1x Exarch w/ Star Lance, Withdraw and Skilled Riders-242
Fast anti-infantry or anti-tank. Runs with the Auturch.
HS: 2x WW, 2x SL and Stones-130
16 shots at 36"... These guys try to stay out of sight and rip apart anything that comes into sight. Stones are to fill up points, so if there is a better use for 10 points, tell me.
Falcon w/ Starcannon, HF, SS-185
Kitted out to kill marines, it can either stay at a distance and shoot or get in close and transport the Harlies.
Fluff wise I see this as the pathfinders and rangers ranging ahead, and when they see an enemy force the call it in and follow it. The rest of the army is a second force that is under the command of the Auturch and the guidance of the Seer, and the harliquins are a third group that pops in when they see a battle coming. This means there are essentially three parts to the army, and I wanted to paint it up to show that (traditional blue of Alaitoc for the main force, Pathfinders and Rangers in camo and earthen colors and the Harliquins dressed vividly in orange and purple).
Seems pretty solid, though you do seem to have a lack of firepower. Though I never liked Alaitoc for that very reason. I don't think the shinning spears really fit, fluff-wise, I think another unit of Warwalkers would, and you might get more mileage out of them. Of course I think Spears are overcosted for what they do. Walkers can sit there and do what Alaitoc do best, pick off people from a distance. I'd switch the harlies and the Fire Dragons for what transport they use for two reasons: One the Falcon is going to have a little more firepower and the harlies will be in close combat so you won't need it to shoot the troops around them as much to keep them safe, the FD on the otherhand might be out in the open after they fullfill their purpose and could get shot up by nearby troops if not supported. Secondly, 6 FD is a reasonable size unit, and I like to get as many troops that CC into CC as possible, so I would have more harlies, especially because of their save(heaven forbid they actually have to take it). I realize you will be over point costed if you take 4 more, but trust me they are worth it, the more rending attacks you have the better, though they really don't fit the fluff either. 3 Jetbikes won't be much more than a distraction if your opponent is new to the game and will not do anything to anyone who has played against you before, they will be much more concerned with your other troops. Make sure you have a set role in mind for everything you put in your list, cause if you throw in something just to fill points more often then not those points will end up going to your opponents VP. Maybe more Rangers/Pathfinders? Take my suggestions or not, you should fair pretty well either way. Good Luck!

I decided that there weren't enough vehicles to have those transports make sense (the Walkers don't exactly draw AV fire...).
As I see it, Alaitoc is pretty much aspects and rangers according to the fluff. I wanted it to be a rapid reaction force so it is FA heavy, and the Wraithlords and Walkers are supposed to be a bit more local.
Here is the new list:
HQ: Auturch w/ Bike, Mandiblaster and Lance -130
Elite: 7x Harlies w/ Kisses, Shadowseer w/ Kiss-206
Troops: 6x Rangers-114
FA: 3x Spears, Exarch w/ Star Lance, Skilled Riders and Withdraw -190
5x Warp Spiders, Exarch w/ extra spinner, Powerblades and Surprise Attack- 169
4x Hawks, Exarch w/ Skyleap and Intercept-137
HS: 2x WW w/ SL-120
WL w/ EML and Lance -155
WL w/ EML and SL -135
Total: 1500 exactly
This is a small, elite list, but it packs a good punch. The Harlies and Spears are the primary CC units, with the spiders pulling in third as a counter assault unit and a good choice to clean up a weakened enemy squad. For anti tank, the Hawks and Wraithlords are the heavy hitters (ie. against land raiders, leman russes or monoliths) and the walkers, spiders, spears and harlies all can pull anti transport/ speeder duty should the need arise. Pretty much everything has some anti infantry power as well, so I feel pretty safe against either horde or marine lists.
EDIT: I might change the Lords to WW w/ dual missiles for fluff reasons.
