HQ-lord-rez orb-phy-staff of light = 155pt
Troops- warriors (13x3)= 702pt
Fast Attack- Destroyers (5)= 250pt
-scarabs (10)= 100pt or 140pt ( if i take d-feilds or not)
Heavy support- Monolith (1)= 235pt
-Tomb spider(1)= 55pt (claws)
The plan is to not deep strike the monolith and use it as a production plant.always bring back the front group of necrons the lord is gonna stay in the middle if he can with the rez orb the scarabs will boost off to tie down any heavy fire i gotta take if theres any tanks i will drop the spider and give them d feilds and add 1 more warrior to one of the groups , not to sure about the destroyes i am hoping i will just keep them behind the warroirs and just shoot at anything that is going to try and charge me.
Tomb spider is just there to make sure my warriors always get there wwb roll and to counter charge anything that i dont want near my warriors
This is still all untested and trying to build this list any suggestions please anything will help. thxs ( and the reason the lord has phy is the rez orb is everything my freinds use a lotta power weps ect)
Use your destoryers to cover you flank or support your scarabs. Destoryers are better at taking out light tanks so you don't want to waste your guess flayers on them your five destoryers can handle them and focus on enemy armour. Destoryer are great against most eldar aspects as most have a 4+ amour save. I wouldn't use destoryers to stay behind my warriors that is making them slow and waste their speed.
More the rest up the center of the board using the teleporting monolith to help grabbing objectives at the end. That much walking up the board will make most anyone worry. Just stay away from power weapons and high strenght guns. Necrons will die pretty quicky if they get caught in assualt the spyder and lord will help but remember that I2 is horrible and if one squad falls back they all have a good chance of dying.

the lord is a good conbat character, but against other HQs he will get pounded. Either max him out, or just the orb. in this case, just take the orb
Drop 9 warriors and add some (5) immortals.
a 10 scarab squad is 120 pts, not 100. dont take the fields. possily split them in half, 2 units of 5

I wrote a more indepth version of this before, but it didnt post, so sorry if this seems a bit vague
use pariahs they can strike fear into the bravest of opponents e.g chaos space marines have a leadership of nine if a pariah is within 12 inches he will auto matically be lowered down. Its good advice. in my army i have immortals c'tan nightbringer warriors heavy destroyer tomb spyder scarabs necron lord and starting a pariah sqaud

Do not include them uness yo ureally know what you are doing.
Since this is a "newb list" taking pariahs is suicide.
Also soulless is useless vs chaos.
3/4 of the list are fearless and those that aren't usually have mark of undivided thus are practically fearless.
It's a good idea, though, to strip the Lord of the Pylactery.

Don't I say again Don't take pariahs. They are tooo costly and die quickly when put to use.
I would highly recomend taking the fields. I don't know if making two squads of 5 swarms is great. If you give them fields keep them as one unit of 10 swarms, with all the attacks you are bound to glance once. But if you don't take d-fields splitting the swarms is a pretty good idea as you can tie up two different units at once.
I would love to add more warriros but i just cant fit them in i am going to keep the list the way it is. its thoe thxs for the adivice i tested it out and it work almost to well i was vs chaos, the warroirs along with the lord and monolith behind jsut slowly advance and take anything out it the way... i used the spider to block line of sight and charge anything that tryed to get near it, and the scarabs took down his pred and the destoryers bacily fried anything they shot at. its works for well big slow moving hord right up the center and then pic tragets and let the rest fly. but yah i wouldent take 5 imortals there just asking to die ...warriors r just as good in list only cuz theres jus so many of them they will allways get ther wwb and with an orb and a spider near aswell as pumping them threw the montlith i didnt even lose 1. they just wont die... thoe i know all some one has to do is get a good scatter roll with a nice rail gun and good bye but not the point... and pariahs if i would get any i would get a lot they can be a deadly mix with the deciver and flayed ones but seemly i done have eather i wouldent get them would be a waste. i havent played nec a long time but one thing is for sure you can out last anyone in a fire fight evern more so with the lith so jsut make sure u can get your wbb rolls and get in rapid fire range and let the machine take care of it selfs....
