Any thoughts? It's a little hit&miss if the devilfish blows up, but could be fun....
Any suggested alterations? I was thinking about spending 10 of the 13 points left on upgrades for the D-fish, as I can't think of much else.

How do you plan on using those smart missiles exactly?
my bad mixed up those two missile types. The list seems decent. So you dont need FOC for 40k-40min? You are required to have 1 commander suit, its mandatory.

You don't have to take a commander because he has 3 wounds so under combat patrol rules you wouldn't have to take one.
Aye, in 40k in 40 mins you can't have any model with 3 wounds or more, so the best XV8 I can get is a crisis shas'vre.
It turns out that those fire warriors might count as part of the HQ choice rather than the troop choice and if this is the case then I can use the points I get from downgrading back to normal fire warriors on another XV25 and decoy launchers for the devilfish (had a few points spare to begin with).
Any more thoughts?

Most importantly, you should ALWAYS give your Vehicles Decoy Launchers and Disruption Pods. Anyone shooting at them from 12" or more count the vehicle as obscured, and can only get glancing. If your skimmer rolls a Immobilized, you can choose to force a re-roll. Both are VERY important. They've saved my vehicles more times than I can remember.
Would you mind listing out what upgrades and weapons you gave your XV-25s?
@Shasvre ninja, I didn't put any more details than "3XV25s" because they're armed with only with the burst cannon they come with. Also, as disruption pods aren't reliable, and their benefit can be gained by moving more than 6" in the movement phase, I only choose them if I have nothing else to spend the points on. (I think in larger games where FoF is used I would want them though) Decoy launchers though, I definitly like.
I have an updated list, as I realised something rather crucial with this list; the honourguard does not fulfill the 1+ Troop choice, so I can't use them as honourguard. Hence, might as well replace the ethereal with an XV8.
Here's my updated list:
Shas'vre XV8 with targetting array,
Cyclic ion blaster, missile pod
12 Fire Warriors (all rifles);
shas’ui & bonding knife
Decoy launchers & smart missiles
Totals to 402 points

the shas'vre is not an hq choice though, so you're stuck with the ethereal , and i'd split your fire warrior into two squads of 6 which will place you in the 1hq and 2 troop choices compulsory requirement
