It's not a horrible list. But warriors cannot form a fire line, the can become a fire wall. a line generally refers to a well ranged weapon, a wall refers to a mass of shorter ranged fire.
The scarabs don't really need the d fields in 750, but you don't have destroyers.
I don't really see why it'd hurt to take a lord like that, since he's the only one who can give the army a twist (I'd use a vod and use the flying circus tactic...)
You're incorrect about phasing out at 6. The easiest way to check to see what you phase out is:(# of necrons)*.25=Phase
However, you must round up. So:26*.25=6.5

thanks for the phase out correction! i needed that one it took away my doubts
theres a reason i made this list like this in 750 my mate doenst have anything against my destroyers we try a battel with destroyers before and he lost hardcore i didnt have the immortals then. my swarm helpt me out that time thats why there back in this time ( i made a mistake and that weakend my flank the swarm kept him at bay so that my warriors could re deploy)
You had it right at having a phase out of 6. The necron player always rounds up when calculating the number of necrons that must be destroyed so it would stand to reason that he would round down when determining how many have to be left on the table.
Check the FAQ on the necron page for a better explanation.
Otherwise I think the list looks fun, I don't actually play necrons but have played against them and those scarabs make me feel all warm and fuzzy due to my love of nurglings!
