    stones are a waste on open topped vehicle, ditch, 2x shuriken cannon vyper costs 10 points less and has half as many shots again with better AP

    lose the stones, dont mix weapons, to be honest if you have more than 1 walker in the swuad then it should be anti infantry, if these 3 has scatter lasers all round then you strip the Farseer and bodyguard down to single farseer with guide you will have something lethal and a hell of a lot of points to play with

    Noooo eldar 101 - dont put bright lances or EML on flacons, their main gun is the pulse laser, they need to move and fire to stay alive, always use defensive weapons

    Cheredanine pretty much said it all, i made a similar list to this after the new codex and people seemd to ''disagree'' with the tactics in it.

    if you lose all the warlocks and put the farseer on a jetbike u save points and get a much more effective farseer.

    Sadly, as written above, the idea of the seer council is not as cool as it was, and if you want it to be effective, you need a 2xFarseer 3xWarlock configuration. Have guide, fortune, destructor, and enhance. Maybe embolden, but not necessary.
