ok i am just going to point out the obvious that everyone would already point out. first, its a lot easier to read if you dont include standard items, we all know they come with that, you dont need to list em. by thing is that if it doesnt cost posts, dont post it.
Autarch alone isnt a good idea, most will tell you if he is not on a bike with shinning spears, hes not worth it, farseers are more usefull.
Warlock body guards are not worth the points, they dont do much and they a lot of points for no effect.
first both banshee and scorpion units need to be max, if not they will get torn up. The executioner is best as it adds the extra str that the banshees are lacking. I have no idea what the catapult is for with the scorpions, i dunno if you mean the gun attached to the claw, i hope so. other can advise on FD as i dont know anthing about how useful they are, however if they are going to be in a falcon, you wont need the exarch.
ok, but most favor DA over any guardian group in the new codex, but that is more of a preference, but you will want a warlock with conceal with them if possible.
like vypers, but you need to upgrade to underslung cannon, most used config is 2 cannons
The first WL is money, the wraithsword on the second is a waste, with only 2 attacks they are better not to come into CC, but if they do, the re-roll will not help much. i dont know what you want with this guy, hes too slow to be a reliable CC and with just 1 weapon to shoot, he isnt doing much each turn. personally would go with a second of the first config as this is your only reliable AT.
falcon needs halo feilds.
overall i think your trying to put too much into the list. the eldar rely more on tactical advantages and not the ability to have the best weapons. we do have some good ones, but without support they are useless. personally it looks like your having a foot-slogging army and those banshees are going to be shot to heck and back before getting into CC (most put them into serpents, which also help with little AT and infantry killing). the scorpions are going to be out in the open for a while with support of only the pathfinders and a single vyper, leaving them doing almost nothing for the first couple turns until they can find a good opening to come out of cover. with the removal of the warlocks and rethink of the Autarch you can do a lot more with the list. to support the scorpions you can add more vypers, spider, or shining spears (most often used with Autarch).
again these are just the more obvious things that all the lists go through, read any of the other ones and you will hear all the same things.

First off the warlock bodygaurd is used to enhance the unit they are in, and they are effective. Second my autarch is with the Bhanshees and he detaches and throws himself into close combat against a different target at the enemy lines. Third the vyper is used to plug holes in my gun line by taking down light vehiclees and MEQs. The second wraithlord isn't meant for close combat he is meant for the destruction of tanks and heavy troops he stays back with the gun line. And the scorpions, are meant to be unnoticed at the 1500 point level, most of the time my oppoents forget about them until it is too late, and then they carve through devastators or long fangs, or the flank of the opponents gun line. The fire dragons are meant to hide in cover halfway across the board and melt anything coming thier way. The purpose of the falcon is to be a gun tank and rescue a squad so the opponent can finish killing them at that spot, or when they are needed wlsewhere. And finally I know what the Eldar have, if you haven't noticed this list is functional, and has a good amount of stuff in it, everything is vital to contributing to my symphony of destruction, having a good grasp of tactics is only half the eqation, knowing human phychology is the other half. I present so many frightening things with overlapping uses that the opponent will have to choose one, and the others will get through.
I hate to say it but I agree with everything Sinister said...
IRON WITHIN, IRON WITHOUT!
I survived LO Chat thanks to: Karmoon, Rabbit, Process, Tossy and Meish.
Sorry, sinistersp, my grandmother is sick and I didn't mean to take it up with you. Thank you for the advice, so what changes would you two make to the list?
Your HQ is quite a bit of points, the warlock body guard is not so hot with the new dex. The autarch is only good when put with shining spears, which you will see a lot of on LO. Either go with a plan farseer or two (common) or take the the farsee and Autarch with shining spears, they are a pretty impressive combo.
Personally like the scorpions as they can infiltrate, dont like banshees unless you put them in serpents. Personally i would drop the banshees and fill out your scopions, use the extra points on other upgrades or fill out units.
FD, dont really use em, but many like taking a plain unit (no exarch) and putting them in a falcon for a double wammy. they reason for no exarch, it that with the upgrades (mostly range) if you in a falcon, you should be close enough.
as far as troops, people love the DA and like the patherfinders (not rangers). people usually shy away from guardians now, so either give them a warlock with conceal, possiple emobolden (depending on important they are). Other will say they like the extra DA, your choice.
With the Vypers, i like to see at least 2 units of one. the most common config is 2 cannons. 1 just isnt a threat, two can really tear into a unit. The reason for 2 units of 1 is that a squad can only attack 1 at a time, where as in 2 they can each get hit by the same squad.
personally i would use 2 WL of your first option, wraithsword is not worth the points, but it will hit you hard to get another in. You need the AT so a fire prism might be a good alternative then the second WL. also if you have 2, you might want to consider a dedicated farseer to watching over them.
falcon, like the setup, just add halo feilds.
i would try to add the above if necessary, you will have to ask yourself what units are more important and influencial.
