To those of you who noticed and read my "orc armoured company" thread you know im doing a well.....Orc armoured company. And so far It has won 5 out of 5 games aginst 5 compitant opponents and they all played differant armys (name and playing style wise)
I only have been able to play around 1000 ish so far, is that a factor or am I realy playing this awsome or am I playing a rigged list.
For the sake of clarity im using
a big mek
a death copta
2 battle wagons
Lemun russ battle tank(looted)
as a heavy you can only take one battle wagon but u can take more as transports
A warboss is also required for the WAAAAAAAAAAAAAGH!!!!! ive also made an "armored" ork list. i made it for to play against a friend of mine that plays tyranids. It still needs working, but I used all my vehicles and had to use some stormboyz to make it to 1000 points. i guess i need more BIKES!!!!!!
Im the Lesser of two Yobos
No warboss needed for speed freaks a big mek dose the job.
That must be a lot of heacvily armoured fire power for anyone to contend with, you probably are having to play complitantly but i bet its harder at 2000.
Im still building im only at about 1500 but it seems the bigger I play, the more 'killy' my army gets.
Its tough to knock out an armored list at 1000 points.
My question is, have you ever faced another similar list?
I think an IG armored company or a mech eldar or tau would be able to contend.
I'd certainly tool up a list if I knew ahead of time you were going that armor-heavy...not that doing so would guarantee a win, but if you go extreme in a low points value game its easier and there is more of a "paper-rock-scissor" quality to it.
Anyway, congrats on having a fun tactic that's working for you. Its probably both...you are probably pretty good and your opponents probably suck a little)

I'm working on a speed freak list with 16 bikes
