Welcome to Librarium Online!
When I first started playing WH 40k, there was this kid I played that used all the gadgets for his eldar tanks. He would pop across terrain, shoot his guns, then use his star engines + CTM to move back across the terrain.
Now, my question is this... On the falcon, fire prism, and wave serpent, do the weapon turret and shuriken weapon rotate 360 degrees? If so, the crafty eldar player could move 4 inches out of terrain, pivot 180 degrees, shoot all his weapons behind him (his 6 o'clock), move 2 inches back into cover, then hit the star engines to get him across the terrain. Done correctly on the right terrain setup, this could let him fire every round without the threat of reprisal.
Jack of all trades, master of none.
I distinctly remember there being an FAQ reguarding this and it was ruled that you could not use the CTM to shoot in the movement phase and then use the star engines. So to answer your question no, he cannot do this.
Oh, and the Main turret can rotate 360 degrees but the frontal mounted weaponry cannot as far as i know.
There are some very naughty Elday players out there, don't tolerate it!
Yeah, the GW Online FAQ specifically states that you can't do this, although by the letter of the law it is legal. The turrets swivel 360 degree's as mentioned. (Why wouldn't they, thats the point of turrets!

Soup's up, bitches!
With the crystal targeting matrix the purpose is to go from cover to cover, fireing wile you are between the 2 cover areas. This is most usefuel on the fire prism tank
