    Saim Hann advice

I am drawing up a Saim-Hann list, I intend to have the usual jet bikes and also a few Aspect units mechanised.

The big problem I have is that I have a Wraith Lord kit that I would like to include but I just don't see how he will be of any use in my list, there is no Farseer I have gone for an Autarch on jet bike, whilst the two Warlocks I have will be operating with my jet bikes. I think the points might be best spent on a Fire Prism to back up my Falcon and two Wave Serpents but I really want the Wraith Lord....in a quandarry.

    Any help appreciated.

i had the same problem too as the WL kit is just so awesome, i give him and EML and BL and let him snipe at the back of the army if im playing an army with lots of tanks e.g Guard.

    I'd recommend a farseer

A farseer on a jetbike is very helpful, its the HQ I use the most.

If you like the WL, take him.

If you are worried about effectiveness, put some objective grabbing troops with him (like scorps or guardians.

It will be a hybrid list, but so what? A fluff crime isn't really that heinous if its to appease an aesthetic.

    cheers
    Have fun,

Give him a bright lance and a missile launcher, sit him in the heaviest cover you can find and just take the wraithsight. Deploy a warlock nearby so that he doesn't start with it.

And remember, you can always use your assault phase move to jump back to cover the wraithlord, spiritseer might even help here.

Thanks for the advice. The new WL kit is beautiful to put together, I bought a War Walker kit today as well, another fantastic kit to make.

All in all Eldar are probably head and shoulders above any army for aesthetic appeal.

Eldar have some good models, probably overall the best range however for best plastics the award has to go to CSM posessed and the defiler.

I was tempted to start chaos for the defiller alone (drooling over the defiler box), but resisted the temptation. The new Chaos Terminators kit is amazing to put together, and the Cahos Terminator Lord has a load of Detail. New Chaos range is pretty awesome.
