I've had this idea for a while now- have a raider squad of 5 guys w/ a dark lance and a normal warrior squad w/ 2 x splinter cannons, 2 x blasters, and a sybarite w/ whatever cool stuff you want, and on the first turn, unload the raider squad (use as sniper squad), and load up the troop squad on the raider & use as an uber raider squad.
It's probably not a new idea, but I've never seen this done b4, in a game or on online threads- does it suck? is it not legal? or is it just that no one does it?

This move is illegal for one reason really. This is that a raider is bought as a specialist troop transport for that units use alone not for any other units. Vehicles with a capacity to transport but are bought under their own FOC spot do not suffer from this though as they are not already attached to a squad.

Dear Game Developer,Caps-Lock, its like cruise-control for AWESOMENESS!
Rock is cheese, Paper is just fine
WWP and other Dark Eldar how to
That is, the Raider is a dedicated Transport only for use of the squad that purchased it and any attached characters. (Kinda selfish don’t you think?)
In a controversy the instant we feel anger we have already ceased striving for the truth, and have begun striving for ourselves.
ok, I get it now (kinda lame, but i guess otherwise they'd be kinda cheap)
Who needs a gun when you've got Criss Angel?
GO DARK ELDAR!
