Welcome to Librarium Online!
Ok, since I saw a disasterously small amount of new topics on the Eldar Board, I will start my own:
Who do you play most commonly? Do you win? Do you lose? Why? When an oppenent brings a certain model, do you change your tactics? (Can be a vehicle.)
Personally, I play Necrons, Orks, Space Marines, and Eldar alot, but I only lose steadily against the Eldar Players. My opponents don't seem to have realised that keeping your army coherant helps, and if you fly fast things away from the meat of your force, without any particuler reason, their going to get cut to pieces. I don't really have any set in stone tactics, I useually react to what happens on the battlefield. This works better for me, and lets me play faster, and strike harder.

Wait, you mean that optimism isn't fashionable anymore?!

Soup's up, bitches!
well, i play both tau and elday against a DH opponent(my brother) and ive never lost. We've played around 20-30 games, so im proud
I've been playing my chaos army for the past month or so while waiting for my eldar to be finished. I've played against orcs, necrons, thousand sons, world eaters, alpha legion, blood angels, imperial guard. It doesn't matter so much what army I play against, if they are sucky players I win, if they are good players I lose or draw or sometimes win. I don't change my army composition for each opponent, because my chaos figures are very limited. I do, however, use very different tactics depending on what kind of army I'm against and what they do.
I try to mass my firepower most of the time, using my entire army against half of his usually. For some reason, many players always want to spread their armies out across the board. I don't understand this at all, especially since I take no ordnance.
I've played my eldar twice now, using Iyanden craft world both times. I won a 1800 pt game playing against a new space marine player, and I lost a 2000 pt 2 vs. 2 game against chaos. Both chaos players were veterans and worked very well as a team. My partner and I didn't work together very well at all, him using some strange tactics with his blood angel / grey knight army.
Jack of all trades, master of none.
