I ran into some troubles yesterday with a Chaos Possessed Squad with a 4+ invulnerable save (They had some sort of chaos mark). The first game it was a unit of 10 that had rending weapons, and the second game they ended up getting power weapons as their power. I got pwned something fierce. Are there any 'Nid tricks that would be good to use against these guys?

The trouble with Possessed Chaos 'leets is they change the special ability each game, rolling D6 at the start and reading from a table in their Dex. Good news; they generally suck and are rarely fielded by experienced Chaos players due to the inpredictability of the abilities and that 4/6 abilities increase their movement, yet Rhino's are now dirt cheap.
Trying to provide a "how-to" for facing them is difficult without divulging the special abilities (which i beleive is against the forum rules).
I suggest reading the new Chaos Tactica:
Bottom line, as they change each game, you would need to know all 6 different abilities and work against each of them. (none are unique, they just replicate existing units in Chaos)

Shoot them. More reasons upon more reasons to maintain a balanced or shootier-oriented 'Nid army. Anything you can't deal with in close combat by default, just gun it down. Chaos is really scary in melee now, what with their Ultragrit basic marines, and other assorted things ... shoot 'em.
They have a 3+ power armor save against devourers. They're not overly durable to mass fire, only to low rate of fire low ap shots thanks to the invul. Every 3 wounds you put on the unit kills a possessed. Use devourerspam.

Great to know. Lots of shooty with Devourers. Could I get away with fleshborers instead of devourers?
You shouldn't have much trouble facing them, they are like among the least useful unit in a chaos army. Khorne Berzerkers could potentially perform 5x better on the charge than the Possessed.
Throw them a unit of Genestealers and they will curl up nicely. Treat them like Assault Terminators as how you would deal with them, except they only have 3+ armour save instead of the 2+.. but they cost just as much. The flying Tyrant will kick their bucket easily.

My Advice on Chaos, is shoot the hell out of them before you assault, 'coz like Space Marines, Chaos don't rely on numbers, they rely on supperior fire power and speed of vehicles.
Once you have shot at the unit, assault with as many units as you can, so if you don't beat the unit, you will outnumber them and thus giving you a chance to sweeping advance.

People need to read what the OP is saying. You can't throw genestealers at rending or power weapon possessed of Tzeentch b/c they have a 4+ invulnerable save. This makes them much harder to kill with units that don't have all that many attacks, but rend or have power weapons. This makes them as easy to kill as if they weren't Tzeentch at all for units that put out a high volume of attacks.
Devourers are a MUUUUCH better option than fleshborers, on your TYRANTS, and WARRIORS. I don't mean you should put them on gaunts, which should just be spinegaunts. A hive tyrant with 2 twinlinked devourers, toxin sacs, enhanced senses is 121 points, shoots 12 S5 shots that hit on a 3+, re-roll missed hits, then wound on a 3+ against possessed and re-roll missed wounds. Going off the price of Tzeentch possessed, one round of shooting by the tyrant would pay for himself against the PSM. Two rounds would probably kill most squads unless they were giant and totally overpaid for.

Yep, I have to agree. Shoot them up. mass fire will take them out, even if they have inv saves.
