Welcome to Librarium Online!
So heres the deal, my flyrant had 2 scything but i wanted to know what psychic power should i give him? warp blast or field, or one of the others, so what in your opinion should i give the big guy, also my guntyrant needs a power too but warp blast is outa the question cause of enhanced senses or should i get rid of the enhanced senses or what.
Warp Field, he's going to attract alot of fire and that extrra point of armor is quite helpful. I've found Warp blast to be unrelyable at best.
Army's used: Space Wolves, Tomb Kings, High Elves, Tyranids, Tau and Eldar.
for you flyrant I agree with Willance - warp field is the way to go - he needs all the protection he can get.
As for the other tyrant = warpblast would also take away his turn shooting with his other guns - and a gunning tyrant needs his enhanced senses. IF you need to take a power then I suggest phsycic scream - though if he is the only one taking it then the bonus from it will be minimal. Shadow of the Warp is interesting, but does not work agaisnt many armies that well (it fails totally agaisnt eldar!)

well i am playing against space marines and necrons. So shadow in the warp may help against his librarian. But i may not give him anything then.
I never give my monsterous creatures the 2+ save because I think it is too powerful. So if you are looking to make you tyrant really nasty you should give him the 2+ save. Especially against necrons; they don't have power weapons and are going to try to shoot him to death with destroyers which are about half as effective if you use warp field. Warp blast however does seem like it could be pretty nice against both of your opponents so if you don't want to ne too overpowering that is a nice option.
My rule of thumb:
If it's a single model, out there alone, warp field.
If it has guard, something else.
See i always gave them the +1 save so it seemed useless but the invulnerable save is worth.

For your Winged CC Tyrant, I'm suggesting the Warp Field psychic power, for essentially the reasons all the Hive Commanders have stated
For your shooting Tyrant, you can almost get any psychic power and be ok. I will comment on 2 of them, however:
1) Warp Blast
This is the only power I would NOT suggest getting. If you read the rules regarding Warp Blast, I believe it mentions something about "shorting out" your Enhanced Senses. So in essence, by fielding a shooting Tyrant with Warp Blast, you lose your Enhanced Senses as shoot as you fire the Warp Blast.
2) Shadow of the Warp
This is the power I use in my Shooting Tyrant (1 Venom Cannon/TL Devourer). I don't have high expectations of it, which is why I field it. Against Chaos Tzzeetch, it can frustrate any player that uses it, since in the older edition, their psychic powers used to "automatically pass psychic tests"
Against the Eldar, its ok, but I use it more as a defensive power. I won't go into details, but I know that some Eldar players will field a Warlock/Farseer that will allow him to roll 3 dice on a psychic test and pick the 2 lowest. There's also an upgrade that forces you to roll 3D6 and take the highest when taking psychic tests. What this means is that he usually has an easier time taking psychic tests, while your units will have a tougher time. This usually meant that you had to think about using the Zoanthrope Warp Blast to shake/stun/destroy any Eldar Skimmers, or the Avatar.
The Shadow of the Warp psychic power helps level the playing field. It either makes your opponent roll 4d6 and choose the middle 2 dice, OR temporarily nullify his ability. It will also prevent any of your units from suffering from Perils of the Warp.
I posted a thread in December regarding this, which should help you out a bit more. I highly recommend that you discuss how the power will work with your opponent, because your opponent may interpret this power in different ways.
Shadow of the Warp obviously won't work with players that don't rely on psychic powers too much (such as Imperial Guard, Necrons, Blood Angels), but it can give your opponents psychic units a tough time. It may also be useless depending on what other units you field; a DakkaTyrant may not need this power.
So don't take my opinion as the final answer, but rather use it as the basis for creating your own competitive list. As always, let me know if you have any questions.

you can use warp blast with enhanced senses, just not the focused blast.
