    My Tau colors

I was wondering if you guys had any ideas i cant think of a paint scheme for my Tau i wanted kinda of an urban camo feel. Anyone have pictures of that kind of camo or what paints to you? Anything would be a great deal of help.

    Thanks in advance!!

P.S. Does this belong in here??

Page 56 of the TAU codex has an urban theme (Sa'cea sept), and as always the old codex comes in handy. Page 44 of the first Tau codex has a some nice ideas about a grey/black theme. Hope it helps.

Well, is there anything wrong with using that image as a template for your army?

If you wanted to do it simply, you could just use one grey (either Codex or Fortress could work), then paint on thin streaks of black and white where appropriate.

Or, you could use the two greys as shown in the picture, again with the streaks painted on over the top.

For the Fire Warriors, I think I'd do the armour in the camo colour, and just do the under suit plain, in whatever colour works well with the camo armour. Or you could work a camo pattern into that as well...

Then I must admit that I have no idea what you want from us? You have the theme you want, but you asked if we had a theme? If you are having trouble painting the urban theme then head over to the painting forum and I am sure there is a thread about it. It's not like TAU and humans are so far apart it isn't the same basics...

I suggest that you take a look at Troy Forsters tau on the Oz games-workshop site because he had an alternative colour scheme of camo green and dark angels green that looked great
