Welcome to Librarium Online!
So I'm looking to add a little anti tank to my armor, and I;m having trouble figuring out what options we have;
At range, it seems like all we really have is:
Carnifex w/ VC (Glancing Only)
Tyrant with VC (Glancing Only, Light Armor Only)
Zoanthrope w/ Warp Blast (Short range but hey, it can pent)
Biovores w/ Toxin (Took out a basilisk but only open topped)
Biovores w/ Bio Acid (Seems like it might be really hard to pop something)
So, my first couple questions: Is this ll we have or am I missing something? For those of you that have used Zoanthropes, how does it seem to fare versus armor? Have any of you tried using a Biovore with Bio Acid mines as a tank hunter? ANd finally, what are your favorite tank killers?
carnifex with VC and BS, best blast for your buck, okay the VC can only glance gun then you only really need to keep the tank from shooting which is pretty easy, also it will penetrate against open-topepd vehicles, the BS will be delightfull should you encounter open topped vehicle who sually have low armour.
I know you mentioned ranged options, but I think you really have to think outside of the box to kill armor with Tyranids.
Scuttling Genestealers are a great anti-tank option. Lictors can rend also, so don't be afraid to pop one out of the bushes behind a Basilisk. It's risky, but when it works you will have permanently scarred your opponent's resolve and he will be afraid of putting his tanks near cover for a good long while.
Here are the options for tank killing:
Zoanthrope/Hive Tyrant Warp Blast (Focused): S10, AP: 2
Scuttling Genestealers: S4, 2 Rending Attacks
Infiltrating Broodlord: Strength 5, 3 Rending Attacks
Deepstriking Lictor: S6, 2 Reniding Attacks
Sniperfex: S8 Barbed Strangler, 1 shot, S10 Venom Cannon, 3 shots, Glancing Only against non-open topped vehicles
Warrior: Venom Cannon, S7, or Fleshborer, S6
CC Carnifex: Strength 9 or 10, maximum possible 7 attacks with Crushing Claws/Scything Talons, NOT RECOMMENDED thanks to slowness.
Hive Tyrant: Venom Cannon, Max Strength 8, Or Fleshborer, Max Strength 7
CC Hive Tyrant: Max Strength 6, possible 4 attacks with Scything Talons, Ability to Fly.
Biovores: Bio Acid: 2d6+3, Max S15 if REALLY LUCKY!, Frag, S4, Toxin: Only Open Topped Vehicles, One Glancing Hit automatticaly.
FOR VERY LOW AV VEHICLES:
Termagaunts: Max S5 shots, a lot of shots, can Penetrate AV 10, Glance AV 11
Hormagaunts: Max Strength 4, 2 attacks, a lot of attacks, Can Glance AV 10, works on Dreadnoughts well, since a lot of attacks will eventually Glance Them.
Im sure their are more combos, but thats all i can think of right now.

Now I'm no nid plaer, but Zoenthrobs focused blast deffinatley would fill my anti tank role, not to mention that it also gives off synapes.

Sniperfexes (VC, BS) are your best anti-tank option. VC can shake practically anything which, honestly, is pretty much all you want to do. BS has lesser strength, but it can also penetrate, and do damage to any infantray stupid enough to be standing by their tank.
Zoanthropes have too short a range. You can keep them, just remember that once they begin firing, it's either going to be at extremely tough targets (Monoliths, Landraiders) or at whatever's left.
Tyrants with a VC are good, too. As many shots with the VC as a sniperfex with better BS. Sure, the strength won't be as much, but it helps.
Another option is to take a squad of warriors and load them up with deathspitters and a VC. These can act very well as anti-light armor (such as against landspeeders, rhinos, etc).
Remember, unlike other armies, as Tyranids, your number 1 priority when it comes to vehicles is to shake them, at least. Destroying them is secondary to keep them from firing. Say your opponent has two Exorcists out and you have two sniperfexes. Your first sniperfex shakes the Exorcist--your second sniperfex should fire at the second Exorcist, not try to destroy the first one.

My experiance is that if it really needs to die use CC. for high armor tanks a sniper fex is just going to piss it off. But i have on hit wonder killed a landraider with a sniper fex.
Army's used: Space Wolves, Tomb Kings, High Elves, Tyranids, Tau and Eldar.
Sniperfexes are your most reliable all-around vehicle killers. Zoanthropes do not shoot enough bullets with enough bs and range to be reliable.
CC anti-tank doesn't work when your opponent knows they are coming and just moves his vehicles enough to be hard to hit or out of range, and gets owned in general by skimmers due to glance-only / 6 to hit.
Against low-armor vehicles there are plenty of options ranging from devourerspam to flying fleshborer warriors or dakkafexes as mentioned, but they lose reliability or lost effectiveness altogether against higher armored targets.
Take 2-3 sniperfexes and cease worrying about it.
