So I've had a several months-long delay in getting my Tau force well and truly built. (Good reasons, I swear!) And now that I'm just an Adepticon tourney away from focusing entirely on The Greater Good, I have a couple of questions about difficult bitz.
* Firstly, where can I get, or how can I convert, shield drones? I have two from the Pathfinder Shas'ui blisters, but I need two more.
* Secondly, how do you folks represent the Broadside A.S.S on the model? I'm stumped for good ideas.
Thanks in advance!
ninjabackhand: point and click, again, really? even after i give you an military term "shock tactic" you still call it point and click.

For the ASS you could simply model him in a cool position...matrix style anyone?
oh and for shield drones you could cut a triangle of thick plasticard and glue that to the front. Or remove the guns from two gun drones and stick them together so it would look like a floating yo-yo...that would be cool
For Shield Drones, I use the Shield Generators which come with the XV8 Crisis suits. These are either mounted on top of a flying stand, or else could be attached to the bottom of a Drone canopy, thus showing that it is not a Gun Drone.
The reason I suggest using the Shield Generator part is because most folks know that it is a Shielding device, and may therefore be more accommodating about allowing you to use such a thing as a proxy Shield Drone.
