Welcome to Librarium Online!
If my logic serves correct, if a necron army has two Necron Lords with Ressurection Orbs, both within 12 inches of lets say one squad and that squad takes casualties from instant death weapons, would those members be able to roll TWICE to see if they come back?
Or lets make it simpler. Two Necron Lords right next to each other, both with a Res. Orb. and two necron warriors in front of them.
One of the Necron warriors gets obliterated by a Lascannon, leaving one Necron Warrior still standing. When the next necron's turn starts, will the dead necron get to roll twice because of the two Res. Orbs, or just once.
I would say that since you only get one WBB roll, especially if you are instant killed, that you only get one attempt period with the Res. Orb. But then again that would make sense
No You're wrong. In codex in ressurection orb enrty(p.15) there isn't a word about rolling twice for WBB. In situation proposed above this warrior could have only one WBB roll.
Green Tide will consume You all!
You only get one WBB, unless you use the monolith portal. Which at this time is the only way to reroll failed WBBs. Two resorbs do NOT stack, and all it does is allow you take your wbb as you normally would, despite wbb restrictions, save in the case of no like model with in 6 inches thingy.
Res Orbs only 're-enable' the WBB rolls that would otherwise be denied by. Another tip on WBB, necrons are only denied their WBB if they were killed by a double toughness ranged weapon or no armor saves in close combat. i.e. You still get your WBB if you were hit by AP3 or less. I made that mistake a lot.
And over there we have the labyrinth guards.
One always lies, one always tells the truth, and one stabs people who ask tricky questions.
