Purchased from FW the Hierdule cost ~$170 US and Hierophant cost ~$367, not including shipping (I think they charge 10% of the order for shipping). If you mean purchasing it from a third party (Ebay and such), the price is pretty much what you are willing to pay for it. I would say it is very much a sellers market for FW items atm, due to how long it takes for them to ship orders (taking several months is just nuts).

Personally though, I think neither option will get what I consider a "reasonable" cost ($200+ for one model is not acceptable IMO); I would recommend you scratchbuild them if you are able. I have seen a fair number of pretty well-done scratchbuilds for both of them on the internet.

Sometimes you can find FW models cheaper than you can buy them direct. (EBAY, a few retailers giving 20% off, etc...) If you "really" want them and have the money, just bite the bullet and order them.

With that said, I just got my Barbed Hierdule and Trygon in last week, woot! Now I just have to finish my modular carnifex and I can start on them!

Nice scratch built Hierophant from Carnifex-kits. At least cheaper than FW Hierophant but considerably more work involved.... Just Google for Hierophant and Tyranid and you'll get the link to the WIP-thread at the Tyranid Hive-forum.

(That guy has done a lot of impressive Tyranid-works: Link)
