Ok so I've posted an idea for a movement biomorph on the "Rules Development" section of this forum. But it seems that nobody is posting there. I you 40k players look at it and tell me what you think. Maybe even playtest it. It would be awesome if we could balance a movement biomorph. I'd definitely use it as a houserule. So please help out.

Hi-de-ho. I gave you a post in the rules forum. I think your idea is interesting but you need to streamline it a great deal. Also make it less invasive with our modeling and conversion ideas. Describe it this way perhaps.
Some Tyranid species display enhanced method of locomtion. These alterations vary from additional symbiotic organisms which work as additional limbs or improved musculature in their limbs and longer legs designed for speed. This biomorph provides fleet of claw to the Tyranid. This biomorph may not be taken if the model already has wings or leaping.
That would give a better and easier description of what it is.
