Well, the Armor 10 landspeeders are fodder for Shuiken Cannon and Scatter Lasers. But if they get too close to a sqaud of Dire Avengers or Guardians, then let them have a hail of Shukien Catapult fire, and hope a few get through.

The bikes, since they are 3+ save and T5, are Dark Reaper Targets, like any other Marine. Or melee with a Wraithlord, who they won't be able to hurt except with a power fist.

I think shining spears can also be used to counter most races bike units, since they are really geared for assault.

A lot of the stuff that you would normally use against marines is still quite effective against bikes except maybe banshees. Their low s really hurts so I would caution against getting into close combat unless it was with an Avatar or Wraithlord.
Shooting wise I would say scatter lasers are a safe bet, as always, glancing the AV10 on a 4+ and wounding the bikes on a 3+. Reapers are also good - negating the armour save.
The big thing to watch out for is the speed with wich the Ravenwing get across the board. Scout move on an army of bikes is nasty, especially if they get first turn.

Deathwing is the army with lots of terminators, your mean the ravenwing correct?

Only I can suggest is taking your normal anti-meq weapons as these will be more than capable of taking down the bikers as long as they don't turboboost at which point you want to switch to scatterlasers for the sheer volume of shots.
The scatterlaser are also superb for against the speeders.

Against lots of Termies I'd say take lots of SCs. Another thing that IMO is overlooked is massed firepower. Just recently I had a game allied with Tau vs Marines. He struck his Termies in, and I struck my LCers and he dropped in a Battlesuit Commander-dude the following turn. That turn, my Laspistols did more damage to the Termie squad than my allies Plasma Gun and Meltagun. Spawned quite a reaction that did.

But, vs Bikes and Skimmers, I'd say go big on the Reapers. They hurt AV11 stuff, so AV10 stands little chance, especially if an EMLs in the squad.

Reapers aside, Harlys (with their Rending Attacks) would do well in a Falcon. Plus, the pre-recommended Avatar/WL would serve you well.

Dark Reapers would be very good, particularly with EML on the Exarch. They can take down both biker units and Land Speeders. Usually MEQ players manage to keep their troops out of LOS from the DRs, but it's more difficult for them to keep their Speeders hidden. You may consider two units of Reapers, to create a cross-fire.

Dire Avengers are interesting too, they can provide protection for your Reapers, and bog down the bikers. Consider taking Harlequins as a counter-charge unit.

A Dooming Farseer would be nice, to negate the Toughness bonus of the bikes.

As mentioned, Scatter Lasers seem to be a good choice, for instance on Vypers. A pricey anti-MEQ combination is a unit of 3 StarCannon Vypers with a Guiding Farseer...

    Hope this helps...
