what do u think is better and can provide more ?
7 nob bikers w/FNP 2xPK,bosspole ,CB---->> 435 points.
5 meganobs with mad dok grotsnik in a trukk and CB?--->> 425 points.
i want to see them first in combat ,but i have a shooty and a non-shooty list in mind and i dont know which one of these 2 gonna work better .
so, what do u people think about it ??

The long answer: it depends on the situation
The biker nobz are going to be more useful simply because they're on bikes, rather than in an easily destroyed trukk. Both have the same assault range, but stray bolter fire can strand the meganobz far from their enemies, where biker nobz have to be killed to a man.
In close combat, they're roughly similar. The larger number of powerklaw attacks will make the meganobz better for fighting MEQs and monstrous creatures, and nob bikers will be better at fighting normal troops, but even so, it's only a marginal difference. For the most part, they'll kill about the same. On the surface, Meganobz should be a lot better, but you have to take into consideration that because of their shootas, and slow and purposeful rule, they don't get the bonus CC attacks or the +1 attack for charging.
What about survivability? The biker nobz come out slightly ahead, merely because of their slightly increased numbers, and the fact you can turn off the meganobz's feel no pain by killing the mad doc. On that note, the mad doc may lead the meganobz on a fool's errand or two, since he always has to move towards the nearest enemy.
The meganobz have better saves, but the nob bikers have better toughness, and usually greater numbers.
All in all, the nob bikers edge out the competition, purely because of the benefits for being on a bike, like turbo-charge, increased toughness, twin linked dakka guns, and the 4+ invulnerable save.
A better unit would be 5 meganobz in a trukk, without the mad doc. Sure, they have no cybork bodies, but they only cost around 240 points (can they take a wauggh banner? I have to check the book). That's not a bad unit to use against infantry, especially ones that don't have power weapons, or to assault the back of an enemy unit already locked in close combat with another of your units. By comparison, you couldn't even buy a unit of 3 nob bikers for that few points, assuming you wanted all the trimmings.
If you want to keep the points high, I'd add another nob biker to the unit, and compare it to the same unit of meganobz + mad doc in a battlewagon instead of a trukk. The battlewagon has much more staying power than the trukk, and although it can't even nearly match the speed of the bikes, it has other uses, like blocking line shielding your trukks and other vulnerable units.
In that case, I'd consider it a tie, and depend on what you needed in the army: a powerful and deadly wall, or a lightning fast calvary.
