Thats an old one. I have it as one of sybarites now but I will admit that she isn't that common - none of the DE players I know has it.

That's been around for awhile. Since we don't even have a codex general release date, just promises that something is being accomplished somewhere, I don't think we'll see andy new models soon.

Yeah, its an old one. I don't think GW sold very many because it was just too easy to make sybarites out of the regular warrior sprue -- same as the metal splinter cannon model. Why buy a metal one when you can make the plastic one easily and the spend that money on something else that you can't make out of plastic?

    Of course, I have a couple of them . . .

Well I bought the metal ones because they are unique and they can be stripped of paint when I need to.

Splinter Cannons? is that what you mean? If so, then they are packed in with scourges.

My question: On what page in the wargear section of the DE DEX is a "whip" listed and waht are the stats for it? Last I looked that wasn't a weapons option for Sybarites. That is an old mini. I have a good 1/2 dozen of them around there.
Looking for a compliment here is like looking for a girlfriend in a cemetary. You know you probably won't like what you dig up, but you'll take it anyway.

Well try page 14 in the Codex under the heading of “Agonisers” as it specifically contains a mention for ‘whips.’ So it indeed is weapon for a Sybarite.

And you know that I would love to give the stats for an Agoniser but I have a more than sneaking suspicion that you know all this already.

As to the all metal splinter cannon models, the difference is that they are heavier (of course), contain less detail due to the one-piece moulding and the model is more monolithic or ‘blocky.”

    Thanks.
