very imperessiv in my opinion.

said it on warseer, but this is a different crowd. (one i can hear myself think in)
I like the warrior and raider in the raider pic. Really like the warrior in that pic actually.
Altough the warrior in the stand alone pic i really don't like much. Looks like a necron. Something about his head.... looks like the ugly haemo thats out now. Also doesn't seem like much of a progression from the warriors we havenow
Dear Game Developer,Caps-Lock, its like cruise-control for AWESOMENESS!
Rock is cheese, Paper is just fine
WWP and other Dark Eldar how to
I suppose I'm wasting your time with this question, but I'm desperately too lazy to find out myself, but.. is preorder available for the new rulebooks and such?
The new raiders look slick and nasty.
For the sins of the past.
For the sins of our fathers.
For the sins of ourselves.
These pics have already been posted before. I'll leave it up, but in the future please make sure that something is not posted before posting it yourself. These pics have been in Rumours & Previews for a week if not more.
It kinda looks like they are taking the DE back to the idea of Eldar pirates.

I play Vassal. I'm in V40K Open Ladder.
The Necron reference I find amusing because if you place a Necron pic along side that new Warrior they look nothing alike, not even the helmet!
It’s more the pose with the head hunched down between the shoulders that gives the impression that the shoulders are higher than they should be.
Necrons seem to have their necks sprouting from the middle of their chest and their skull shape is much more skeletal, unlike the ovoid helm on the warrior.
The interesting thing I see is the gold coloured splinter rifle canister is very Eldar looking and I can see much more referencing in the future to being a lost branch of that race.
The new Raider reminds me of a ‘shark with a frikken laser beam on its head’ (shades of ‘Dr Evil’ here) and there’s a whole marine theme going down here.
The deep blue of the depths in the Commoragh painting showing crazy gravity that emanates from all walls of the tunnel and the fact that there seems to be no ‘up.’
The Talos wth it’s crazy crab carapace and claws.
The barracuda shaped Reavers with scaled and armoured skin.
The spines and spikes on the warriors with their poisoned blades give rise to stonefish lethality’s.
All we need now is for Archon Sponge Bob Square Pants to float on by to complete the scene!
Gotta go now spread some shells and beach sand on my gaming table to make my army feel much more at home, Cheers.
In a controversy the instant we feel anger we have already ceased striving for the truth, and have begun striving for ourselves.
Actually, I kind of like the marine theme. I hadn't really been able to put my finger on the unifying theme up till now, but I think it fits.
A.) Pirates. Even pirates in space, somehow conjure images of the ocean.
B.) For some reason marine dwelling dangers seem to conjure some of the worst fears of people. Lots of movies use dramatic scenes with people being pulled into the depths (heck, even if the water is relatively shallow) by unseen predators. That 'unseen predator' feel really does seem to fit dark eldar.
Also, I totally want to find a tiny spongebob figuring to convert and put on a base now. During deployment, get some really creepy "dramatic tension" music to play. And then, just as you place your archon..."OOOOOOOOOooooo! Who lives in a pineapple under the sea..."
