I used Army Builder to find point costs and stats before I buy anything.

My Army:
HQ
Necron Lord w/ Res. Orb and Phylactery
Troops
10 Warriors
10 Warriors
Elite
6 Immortals
10 Flayed Ones
Heavy
2 Tomb Spyders with 2 Claws
Monolith
Fast
3 Wraiths
3 Destroyers (1 is Heavy)

Is it a bad idea to have a monolith in a 1500 point? Are 2 Tomb Spyders a waste? Should I put in Pariahs, even though they don't have WBB?

What would you recommend removing for the heavy destroyers?

I didn't say you had to remove them, I just said ... or mean that they are better...
Anyway, such a good model is a bad thing to lose.
If I'm not way wrong you have to have a model of the same type within cohersy to use the "raise dead" thing...
It is nice to see such an expencive and good model as a heavy destroyer coming back up after being shot.

I'm pretty sure destroyers come back up as normal warriors, if I'm not mistaken.

Got to agree with you on this! The Necrons have a severe lack of long distance and heavy weapons. In my oppinion a Necron army should at least have one 3 men unit of Heavy Destroyers. A suggestion is to drop the Tombspyders and get Heavy Destroyers instead.
You also should consider more Warriors, as these are the backbone of the army, the more you get the higher the phase out number

You are correct in your assumptions, all models noted as 'Necrons' get the WWB roll

I don't play Necrons, but I think regular destroyers are a better choice than heavy destroyers, as you still glance anything on 6s but you get 3 shots per model. Sounds nice to me ^_^ .

I don't think you should have 2 units of Wraiths, they aren't as good as they seem. One unit is more than enough. I would have swithed it for a unit of Scarabs, they can be a pain in the but if you give the disruption field

I think periahs are a great unit. They dont allow any saves so you just hit the really heavily armoured units and slap them all over the place.

I agree with MasterBelial wraiths are pretty rubbish.

I also just wanted to ask can pariahs be transported through the monolith?
