The new Ork book is awesome, but there are a couple units that many of us have had trouble making perform on the table top. Which do you think is simply not worth taking?

Two's to kill. Ahh, sweet sweet music.
Great idea for a thread! Let me place my vote and then duck for cover...
There, I said it.
I'm sorry, but warbikers are garbage. Nob bikers are fantastic, but at a whopping 25 points each, the regular warbikers do little besides take up space, use up points, and die.
Yes, I've heard many swear by a unit of 6 warbikers with a nob, powerklaw and bosspole as a mobile anti-tank/anti-infantry squad, but said unit costs 190 points, and unlike big shootas or lootas, the range on their guns is only 18in. They also prove incredibly mediocre in close combat, as they're only slightly better than a boy (+1 toughness and 4+ armor save), but every casualty costs you over 4 times the points as the regular boy.
For 5 points more, you could have 13 Lootas. For 40 points less, you could have a trukk full of boyz. For 35-45 more points, you could field Snikkrot + 12 kommandos with 2 burnas or rokkits. Now there's a unit that'll tear up your opponent's back line, and they didn't even have to worry about getting shot up before getting there.
I'm not saying they're bad as anti-tank, but 3 rokkit buggies, fielded individually in the three fast attack slots will do a lot more, and at nearly half the cost in points.
The second worst are grotts. They're half the points of boyz, but boyz are at least three times better. No fearlessness, feeble strength/toughness/weapon skill, very short range, no wauughh, no powerklaw, no special weapons, and the maximum unit size is the same as regular boyz.
The third worst are flash gitz. They're not too bad, as they're decent in shooting, and with a painboy they aren't bad in close combat, but they aren't nearly effective enough to warrant their points.
The fourth is the looted wagon. They're kind of like trukks, only they suck, and when they blow up, everyone inside dies (although this isn't as bad in 5th edition). They only rank 4th because boomguns are fun.

Ah, I didn't even think to add the wagon to the poll because the boomgun holds a special place in my cheap-ordinance loving heart, but I can see what you mean w/it being useless outside of that role.

The boomgun alone is reason enough to keep it off the list...
Someone voted for tankbustas?
For a bad unit, they sure do win me a lot of games. ^_^
I'm going to say Flash Gitz. I'm sure I'm not alone. Although I love the fluff and Kaptin Badrukk, they are the WORST heavy support unit on the list. They cost way too much and there's nothing really heavy about them. By all rights they should have traded place with Lootas. Lootas should be a heavy support choice and Gitz should have been elite. Not that I'm complaining, but seriously. up to 15 d3 shot autocannos is an elite choice but a nob with a str X asault 1 gun isn't? Well for once GW's hypocrasy pays off... Lootas can do everything they can do but better. The cost is way too high for what Gitz do and they need addtional points to make them even remotely viable. Plus who would waste a heavy support slot on them? You've to kanz and dreads and looted wagons and battle wagons and hell even big gunz. And unlike big gunz which are a filler if you've have got points to spend and the cost finiancially as well as points wise is low, the Gitz will suck up a good portion of your list.
wow, what a rant... my two teef
My award winning Orky tale
I said gretchin... Just cause I hates dem weedy lil' grotz!!!
Of all the units in the codex, there's one I would never ever want to field -- Flash Gitz.
Like it's already been said, they're just nowhere near worth the points cost. A unit of Lootas can do way more damage for way lower points costs.
Takka n' Wakka's Dakka Attacka! 33W / 6L / 1D
I voted for tankbustas. My rocket buggies have killed more tanks than those waste of points, good for nothing tankbustas.
What is dis signature nonsence?! dem stupid human zoggers are always trien to confuze us.
Of course, I play against a lot of marines. Against Tyranids they're not as helpful. But still, some people believe they're worse than flash gitz, warbikers and grots? Come on.
Problem is thats a lot of points in one battlewagon which a lascannon won't have too much trouble killing. I don't mind tankbustas but personally all the tanks I blow up are a result of me getting a Nob leader up close and personal with it! My last game against Guard (my army running across minefields to his Guard of which half are in reserve - special house scenario) had to face 3 Leman Russes, which when shooting were a pain, but once a Nob Leader got there! Hahaha!
I voted Flash Gitz, too many points, never gonna take. I'm surprised Burnas are on that list, I've gone off Lootas because in 5th Ed they will suck a bit, all these new cover rules and LOS issues means that you're restricted on the targets you want to actually shoot at. My burnas in a truck however, gotta love the new template weapon rules!
Warbikers I don't mind. I personally don't like pouring 400 points into a Nob Biker unit because every casulty is a major setback and they aren't as durable in 5th Ed. I used 6 normal bikers against the Guard, inc a Nob Leader and a Warboss. They rocked! They sped up at top speed up a flank gaining their 3+ cover save (no casulties on shooting phase) then they proceeded to munch through the guard units both in shooting and in CC. Then when some tanks approached from reserve, they sped towards them and shoved the warbosses power klaw into their rear armour of 10!! And did I hear rumour about the dakkaguns been Assault 3 TL now according to the new FAQ's?
