Well, ive come upon These: Replacement Acrylic tubes for the gauss weaponry on Necron Models.
Now, pricewise, they're a bit of a stretch (40$ for 100), but i LOVE the look.
So im wondering if anyones heard of them, or how they got them / where / What price?
well those are really expensive. I went here, Plastruct Search Building Supplies for Round Rod to find them and you can find them in a bunch of colors and sizes. You would need 1/16" rods for the gauss weapons. Now you have to cut them yourself but you get a bag of 10 9" rods for cheap.
You sure it's 1/16"? I'm totally going to do this! Cutting them isn't a big deal, blue would be AWSOME! Especially with my paint scheme i'm planning!!!

If you look on ebay you can find tons of overpriced ones like Stormblind found, but InsaneBear10 proudly found were they get all there supply's, then they cut them a give them like a 1000% mark up, its insane!! So buy them were InsaneBear10 dose, its good advise...
I heard a while back that lego lightsabers where the correct size too .
Any confirmation on this?
Got a "good" rumour from a GW staffer? Forget about it, LO'ers know more than any random GW shop staffer.

I too wish for blue rods, they would perfectly match my paint scheme (see my album). However,
A word of warning: cutting the rods is a hassle that will make the lesser-minded go insane.
And no confirmation on lego's from my end..... *goes to toys'r'us*
So... if I gave some daemons a matte paint-job, would they be "Matte Daemons?"
