With The Slow And Purposefull Rule Are You Allowed To Run Now?
Someone will need to maybe correct me on this, but yes, I think you can still run with SaP.
Sadly, atm, I don't have access to my rulebook, but that said, I don't recall seeing anything saying no within the running or SaP entries of the book.

I don't have my rulebook in front of me either, but I did look this up the other day (since I am hoping Necrons with get SaP, i took an interest in how it worked with 5th), and I found no reference to SaP preventing a unit from running.

Yes, they're allowed to run, and since they move as if always moving through difficult terrain, the d6 of extra movement is not affected by slow and purposeful.
In other words, when you run, you roll d6 extra movement, just as you would for any other unit, and move the distance rolled in inches. Since they have waugghhh, it also means that if you call the waugghhh, they can assault the same turn they run.
I still wouldn't use them without a transport though. Their units are small, and they're vulnerable to AP 2 guns.
