What would you like to see in our new codex? It's still very long off, but we might as well have fun dreaming.
I would like to see maybe one or two new psychic powers (rumors say that Librarians have 9 to choose from in the new 'dex, we're supposed to be the masters).
I predict that the runes of warding will be given a 24" range. I do not wish for this, but I predict it.
I am pretty pleased with the rest of the codex, but I'd like to see Harlequins expanded on with more detail. We've lost the Great Harlequin, Mimes, and the Solitaire. Those guys added a lot of flavor to old Harlie lists. I want to see Death Jesters be independent from their unit, as right now Harlies are best using Fleet, and Death Jesters will slow down a unit if they shoot. Plus, their model is just too cool not to use.
That's all I can think of at the moment, I think we have a pretty good 'dex.

I would like to see craft worlds again... and (a little off topic) I would also like to see legion codexs and chapter dexs!!!

I especially agree about the powers.
The flavor all says that Eldar are supposed to be master psykers, and yet our psykers have fewer powers to choose from than others. That has always bugged me.
As for the craftworlds, I don't even care if they don't have a separate codex, but I think they should include some small rules we can use to make them work, like the vows that templar armies take. Seems like Aliatoc lists took a big hit in the new codex, as they always relied on their disruption rolls.
"What do Humans know of our pain? We have sung songs of lament since before your ancestors crawled on their bellies from the sea."
- Farseer Eldrad Ulthran of Craftworld Ulthwe
I also want the Craftworlds back - they already know the rules (as printed in previous books) so they don't need to spend a lot of time here - just print them again and the job is done.
I'm not sure that adding to the list of powers matters that much if we are still limited in how we use them (max 2 per turn and a limit on 2 Farseers) You'll only end up picking the same selection anyhow so once you are happy with you 2 or 4 you'll probably stay there.
I want the Avatar to be an Eternal Warrior so he can stand up against Skulltaker! And I'd like to see the points for Wraithguard come down as they may look good on paper, but they rarely seem to play worth their points.
Also more grenade options for units. Haywire grenades anyone?
Oh yeah, some way to take an Autarch a Farseer and an Avatar!!
