Against a space marine army is a weirdboy (warphead) or a big mek with KFS better?
Also i was wondering is 5 Kommandoes or 1 killa kan more effective aginst space marine armies?
replies whould be appreciated (sorry for all the spelling mistakes)
The Weirdboy wouldn't be bad for anti-armor shots, but I'd definitely take the KFF if it's a choice between the two. Marine bolters cut straight through ork armor, and they usually bring some ordnance as well. The KFF will do a lot more for you, especially if you're playing horde (large groups of orks on foot).
5 Kommandos aren't really enough to do much of anything, really. I never take any less than 9, with two big shootas or burnas, and a nob with a powerklaw and bosspole. If you're intending them for close combat, I'd use 13.
In any case, the killa kan would definitely do better against marines, especially if you give it a kustom mega blasta, to help against terminators. The killa kan also works great as counter-assault, especially against assault marines.

As grax said, both have their uses. Weirdboyz can provide some nice (if random) benefits and the KFF is always welcome in a footslogging group. Weirdboyz should always be Warpheadz so the cost ends up the same.
5 Kommandoz is not enough to do much of anything, you'll need a few more to pose a threat.
Killa Kanz are cheap and useful armored support. I like a KMB or Grotzooka to grab some AP2 at BS3 or just for 2 blasts.

If you can cut some points and make the Kommandos squad larger
otherwise a single Killer Kan is worth more (value-not points) than
a squad of 5 Kommandos
Also I would usually never leave home without KFF wielding Big Mek
- definitely worth its weight in gold more than a Wierdboy

Any ork, besides nobs and mega nobs are useless in groups as small as 5.
A space marine squad of a decent size will most likely kill half of your squad, giving you barely any attacks back, and resulting in 50 wasted points, I'd take a can or the mek.
