Hello random strangers!
errmm, just a quick question: How many warriors per squad would be a good idea?
5-20, depending a very large amount on what you want to accomplish with them.
As Aracor said, any kind is usefull, but most common set-ups are: 5, 10 and 14-16 depending on their purpose. I dont have much time now, so u should go to the dark eldar tactica for more information, most 4th edition warrior builds are still vallid in 5th.
A tear is only water, and a sigh is only air.
I take 8 in a raider squad that I want to be fast.
5 in a raider squad that I want to just be a sniper squad (ie. just a dark lance) that can give its raider away to making a super boat
10 in a squad that will be foot slogging it or jumping in a super boat. Those are all of my types.
Dear Game Developer,Caps-Lock, its like cruise-control for AWESOMENESS!
Rock is cheese, Paper is just fine
WWP and other Dark Eldar how to
In a small game I played recently, 300pts not much you can actually do, a very large squad did well. Course I believe it was luck that got me, but my opponent wanted to playtest an army he's been working on. Regardless, it depends on the purpose of the squad that really determines the size.
