Put some blood and dirt on that axe! But other than that pretty sweet
Great job! But I will say that I think you need to make the metal look more.... used.
It's too shiny (could be the camera/flash making it look that way). Add some black ink/wash to it.. or some (what i do) flesh wash that is watered down to make a nice rust look.
Other than that, I like the detail.. i cant say much else because the picture is sorta of far away... can we get a/some close-ups?
Eldar Project Log
Saim-Hann Eldar: 5000 Points
Looks very nice, much better than anything I could do (but a drunken armless ape could paint better than ==Me==).
The only issue I can see is it looks too "clean". A messier look would suit the Orks more, and if he's a Bad Moon you can never go wrong with lots of bling (solid gold choppa?)
Check out ==My== blog: www.bnhblog.blogspot.com
I like how you painted them, they just need more junk! They are bad moons, they need bling!
Got a "good" rumour from a GW staffer? Forget about it, LO'ers know more than any random GW shop staffer.

The Dutch Legion
actually I kind of like the clean look. It actually suits the badmoons. I do agree that they need some bling. Painting a few tusks gold always looks cool too.
My award winning Orky tale
Very good, i especially like the green skin shading. (I'm just plain lazy with basecoat, wash, drybrush = done)
