Welcome to Librarium Online!
Ok, I have obtained a bunch of tanks 6 falcons and 4 wave serpents. 1 falcon has a scatter laser and shuriken canon, and a second has a missile launcher. One wave serpent has a twin linked lance what should i give the others? I was thinking give the falcons a star cannon a bright lance as for the toher 2 i don't know and i don't know what to give the other 3 wave serpents. Suggestions are welcome and NO im not going to get magnets.
For the Wave Serpents I have found I really like twin linked missile launchers. Reasons being is flexibility. You have either the Krak or the Plasma. Krack is good and its twin linked or if you go plasma you have two chances to get that much needed hit sign plus its ap 4 which is quite nice. Thats just my suggestion.
Falcons I like the more pricey option by giving them the bright lance. I like the 3 str 8 shots which is great with a guided pilot farseer. Things get right nasty if you have two falcons decked as such with two farseers with guide and doom piloting them. They become real top guns flying around shooting stuff and dooming it as you go.

Personally both of my WS are fitted with EML's so it doesn't matter which opponent I play they are always usefull. But thats only personal preference.
If I had to choose one, I would go with the EML. S8 shots for anti tank and blast template for troops/horde. If I have the points and need them serpents for anti-vehicular I try to take the BLs.
Pin/magnatise your weapons so you can swap as needed.
I find wave serpents are the best places to mount brightlances. For instance, if I have a bladestorming squad of DAs in a wave serpent with a twin linked brightlance, you still get anti-hoard and anti-armor all in one package. Although my army personally has plenty of anti-hoard and tends to strruggle with anti-armor, so it really depends on how the rest of your army is composed.
For falcons, I've found that pretty much any configuration works reasonable well, again, it all depends on what you want them to do. Most well rounded is probably starcannon and chin shuriken cannon, that way you have 4 ap2 shots for anti-heavy infantry, or 2 S8 shots for anti-armor, or 5 S6 shots for anti-hoard. But again, if you struggle with anti-armor, a brightlance works just fine, and missile launchers also offer good versatility (moving 12" and firing the chin shuriken cannon and plasma missile works well on hoards).
So far one falcon and 1 wave serpetn have a scatter laser (falcon has a shuriken cannon also) and a secodn falcon has a missile laucnher and another wave serpent has a lance. Id like to know where to go from there
Personally I like to go Lance or Launcher on Serpents to provide that anti tank punch while using the Falcons as infantry/light vehicle spammers aremed with Pulse/Starcannon/Shuricannon. That way you can hit squads or MC's with lots of good strength shots that allows you to get around the naturally poor aim of your guardian gunners somewhat (Why, why isn't there and Eldar tank aspect)
That said I do like a previous posters idea of Pulse/Lance combo on the Falcon to get 3 S8 shots, might have to give that one a run out myself.
"ask not the Eldar a question, for he will give you three answers, all of which are true and terrifying to know"
With the change in rules in 5ed re defenseive weapons (S4 or less) I really like the EML on the Falcon as you can still move a far way and shoot the pulsar and the EML in plasma mode. None of the other weapon options allow you to do this.
I also fancy twin linked EMLs on the wave serpents. Don't get me wrong I love the Starcannons and Bright lances but they are such one trick ponies: Starcannon=AntiMEQ, Brightlance=AntiLandRaider, if you're trying to build a balanced force I don't see them stacking up well against EMLs and Scatter Lasers.
...however if your playing marines, don't leave home without them.
I definitely take EMLs on Falcons now. Having the ability to get an extra shot off on the move can be a difference maker, especially since I generally use my Falcons as anti-MEQs first, anti-tank second. The extra blast from the plasma missile helps put a few more wounds down and has the bonus of possibly pinning the unfortunate squad down.
For my Wave Serpents I take a mix of Brightlances and Scatter lasers, with pretty much a 1:2 ratio. Brightlances aren't the end all be all of anti-tank, but it certainly can be intimidating to your opponent, especially if he plays IG or packs an expensive Land Raider. EMLs are tempting, but I like to specialize a little bit more for Wave Serpents.
I think you need to spend more time on your floor.
