Hi. I am considering getting some Scorpions to up my fledgling army's cc ability. I quite like the idea of them infiltrating to get into combat faster and safer and move through cover would help a lot with that. Would taking stalker as well as shadowstrike be too expensive? I know it's only a few points but a squad of ten with exarch, scorpion claw and shadowstrike is already north of 200 pts, making it one heck of a juicy target.
Your thoughts would be much appreciated.

when i run striking scorpions i usually just take shadowstrike, its all they really need IMO. and yeah they are really expensive but so is all of eldar and your enemy is (most likely) gonna be more scared by your bigass wraithlord or supa fast gravtanks to worry about a small unit of infantry...that is...untill they see whatr these guys can do =D
Personally I believe you should always pick up Stalker regardless if you have Shadowstrike or not. If you pick up Shadowstrike then you will definitely need Stalker.
If you are outflanking then you are going to want a first thing assault and if you find yourself out of assault range because your target is in cover which happens for me about 50% of the time then you are pretty much screwed with something like Scorpions.
Plus stalker is so inexpensive you should always pick it up.
in 4th edition, I would just use the "move-through-cover" skill, but since the tweak to infiltration in 5th edition... I dunno, I think that outflank is potentially a lifesaver. then again a bad roll could put a non-fleet unit (ok it can run) on the opposite side of the board as its target.
Armies thus far....
Put 'em in wave serpent and flank the whole load of them, then stalker becomed less of an need. Expensive workaround though
