I know GW is more a little more forgiving on the "must be GW product" rule when it comes to orks. Is this the Ork motherload or taking it too far (with proper orkification)
Tanks Forces of Valor Die cast models of Tanks, war vehicles, military models and dioramas.
They are the perfect scale, great models, and CHEAP
I agree that they do have great looking models, but where do you see the CHEAP part? So far all of their price ranges are in line with GW's.
Which brings me to a tangent. People complain about GW's prices. Look at any other model kits out there, they're usually very comparable, and in some cases, up to ten times the price. Just something I've noticed from looking for cheap alternatives to convert myself.
Cheapest one I could find, and it already looks half Orky. Same price as an Ork Trukk though.
Model Hobbies. Marklin and Tamiya Headquarters plus many World best Brands in radio control and model railroading.
Ooooh Wait.. What scale is 40k in? If its 1/35 then yeah its not cheap. Still the models are great though.
I purchased a 1:32 Panzer IV Ausf. D from this website. Ultimate Soldier 32X - 1:32 scale military vehicle and armor models from 21st Century Toys and converted it into a wagon. insomniac142/Tank - Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting
The prices are the best I could find on the net and the models were easy to convert. That was my first major conversion and I wasn't willing to risk buying a GW model and messing up, needless to say, the results were satisfactory and Its the current centerpiece of my army (it could stand to be repainted, I know)
