Welcome to Librarium Online!
I'm going to begin a thread on building, modeling, and painting my Ork army to help motivate me and I love documenting everything I do! I realize there is a painting thread, but I'm not sure how much traffic it gets from my fellow Ork players! Ultimately I would love to get as much feedback from this community as much as everyone else on LO.
Just getting into the hobby, I've quickly discovered there is a lot more to just gluing and painting the models, so I suspect that my thread will have a broad range of topics...any advice on the best place to put it? Can I put it in the Ork army forums?
Didn't know about the projects forum and it looks like a great place to post. Would it be appropriate to have a thread in the Ork forum that notified my fellow Ork players that I've updated my Project thread? Or would that qualify as double posting!? Just hoping to get some green foot traffic from my ladz...
In all honesty I am not sure if that would be considered double posting but I think it is likely that it would. There are other ways to grab some attention though, such as placing a link to the thread in your signature.
Well, I've done it. I started a projects thread for all the Orky stuff that's in-store for me to complete my Ork Army. I hope I can cover a whole range of topics, but more than anything I hope to get feedback from all of my fellow Ork players as I progress. I won't be posting updates to this tread anymore except this once to provide a link to my new Project thread:
Russ' Workbench: The Ork Hoard
With a little nudge from Pierced I've also add a signature that includes the link for future reference. I believe this will be the first post with the signature. Thanks so much for everyone's time and patients! Pierced, you've been reped.
