I have a problem defeating Nob biker squad. have any idea how to?
Except running and shooting with Heavies??
Chaos is a word you created to define order you do not understand. Malkavian saying
They are called Fire Dragons and Shining Spears, Dragons are less risky but require a little more wrangling. Spears with an Autarch can smash into theym throwing around lots of high strength power weapon attacks and an inst-killing exarch which should allow you to rip the orks from their saddles, of course larger biker mobs may be able to absorb this and smash up your elite bikers with their Klaws.
Fire Dragons are perfect although odds are your opponent has turbo boosted straight at you and has an invulnerable, which can be annoying. The trick here becomes to hold your serpent bound Dragons back and wave a nice weak screening unit at them.
Then after their victorious slaughter of your small cheap squad, the Dragons fly over, jump out, guide if you have it, and reduce the entire mob into a molten pile of spore soup and constituent atoms. No turboboost saves, no dubious multi-wound allocation, no armour saves or feel no pain from docs, just goo, lots and lots of very points heavy goo.
The reason Nob Bikers are held in such regard is that most races simply cannot generate the high number of high mobility instant death shots to deal with them and thus get stuck trying to wear them down in combat or save spam them to death. You can pull this kind of trick with doom and catapult spam, but why bother when you have the perfect unit just sitting there, and after their done they can head out and melt some/dreads/kans/anything they please.
Same principles apply to deffcopters.

"ask not the Eldar a question, for he will give you three answers, all of which are true and terrifying to know"
I use shinning spears to great effect especialy with aforementioned Autarch on bike with lance and mandiblasters

Eldar: 25,000 pts
Seer councils are also a viable method of dealing with these things. Unless they're bike mounted themselves, that do have a few issues with mobility, but they're still rock 'ard.
seer council and wraithlord have been my oppenants undoing all the time. you keep 3 WL next to eachother, on the the charge thats 9 attacks that insta pop and with a sword its a slaughter fest!
