    Quick Hammerhead question

So, were someone to have a railhead (or ionhead, doesn't matter), with a multitracker and a target lock and burst cannons, it is then true or false that said gunboat could move up to 12" and still fire all three weapons, at up to three separate targets?

    False.

Check out the "Vehicle Moving & Shooting Summary Chart" on P.73 BRB for clarification, cross-referencing 'Fast' (permitted by Multitracker) with 'Cruising Speed' (moving >6" up to 12").

If however the HH were to have moved only up to 6", then you could indeed fire the three weapons as you have queried.
