Welcome to Librarium Online!
Title says it all. I am just curious about what people use to dimension their battle wagons, whether it is hand made or store bought.
I made one of mine from a german ww2 artillery tank, its 13" long (including deff rolla) and 4" wide. My other one is made from a lot of plasticard and a leman russ hull, its 8.5" long and 4.5" wide.
There are some pictures in the LO showcase if you're curious.

I am just thinking about an ork army, mainly speed freaks and i guess thats the right thread to ask it: are You still allowed to use scratch build staff in ork army, even in tournaments?
I think a reasonable size for a battlewagon is around a landraider size but these days there is no limit for size the bigger the better according to every ork. But mines will be the size of the battlewagon modal itself is fine for me. I made a truck ones just a plain old ork trukk and It was taller than a landraider.
Here a picture.
I'm using a Landraider for my BW.

I'm making one almost the size of a baneblade. Not making one out of a baneblade, but some simple tank I bought. Only need to add some orky armor plates and the big guns.
