I was thinking about getting a lot of these guys in a battlewagon, then just using them as a shooty gun platform. However scince the models dont exsist, ive got no idea how to make them. I did consider a standard ork with 2 sluggas, painted in gold to look "flash" but im not sure how that would look, sort of a cross between a western gunslinger and a rapper so any ideas youve used or want to use would be of great help. thanks
Flash Gitz are Nobs, so weedy boyz won't work. But you've got the right idea. Nob + Flashy Bitz = Git.
Check out ==My== blog: www.bnhblog.blogspot.com
what i have done is i have taken 5 normal boyz and glued two shootas together (sory for my bad spelling)
I took a couple Whaaghbosses and glued even more Dakka to them.

I suppose you could modify lootas easily enough.
For my flashie gitz i am just using the newest ork nobz set there idea and Alot bigger than normal boyz, Also there 3 kombi shootas in the set which helps with making snazzguns just add a few more gubbins dead easy. I was thinking of giving my coats of some kind made out of greenstuff but we'll see about that.
I'm currently doing some flash git conversion.
I'm using nobz as a base and then toughening them up with armor and gitfindas. (aka little squares with a crosshair in the middle.)
My snazzgun is a combination of eavy'armor plating, an ork slugga and various parts of a burnaboyz flamer glued together to look really orky.
I plan to attach it to my nob using a shoota arm from the standard ork box (obviously the one without the shoota on it)
this setup doesn't look too bad if you are okay at converting stuff to look orky (aka absolutely horrible)
This works for me use it if you want.
My gitz ended up being Nobz with mostly shootas cut to pieces and put back together that oddly ended up looking like ak-47s. Added a couple gitfindas and gold paint to boot. Even cut some sluggas apart and made sumfink like tactical shotguns for a few of da boyz.
