Are seeding swarms GT legal? If so, it looks like they'd do horribly in composition scores if played in a competitive and fluffy manner, (i.e. WON broods and Ferocious broods) because even though they'd have a lot of troop models, many of them would be played as heavy support and fast attack. I know composition scores are supposed to penalize powergamers, but a person maxing out on necron warriors is much more of a powergamer than a person playing a fluffy seedling swarm.

I think they are GT legal armies now, you dont need your opponents permission to play a seeding swarm so I dont think that in a GT they would be disallowed but its always safer to ask whoever is running the tournament first.

I think most players would be fine with the army you field aslong as it represented the fluff, a seeding swarm army is limited in the number of things it can use and the way to make up for this is to use WON and ferocious broods, I would'nt be bothered at all by a seeding swarm army and would give it a good composition score if it followed fluff and was'nt cheesy but thats only me I pretty sure there would be some *****ed players out there that may have seriouslt disliked the fact that you've unloaded your entire army into cc with their shooty army...

I think a great bumper sticker would be as follows:
Proud parent of a child whose self-confidence is good enough that he doesn't need me advertising his minor scholastic achievements on my carclick me

what are WON and ferocious broods
Its all in chapter approved obviously we cant tell you the specifics on here but basically they are upgrades you give units in a seeding swarm army:

Without Number, basically gives you sustained attack... with a bit of a difference

whilst Ferocious increases some of your stats and also allows you to enter cc if you deepstrike on top of a unit...

Its all the chapter approved with the seeding swarm rules in

Chapter Approved 2003 and 2004. They've also been released in WD around 25X, don't remember the actual number at the moment.
