1. Which is better ona trukk with boyz - red paint or grot riggers
2. Which is better on a warboss - cybork armour or eavy armour
3. Can A warboss with cybork or eavy armour ride in a trukk with 11 boyz?
4. If a warboss has a bosspole, can it only be with one unit throughout the game?
Personal preference really. I take neither on trukks. While both might have their uses, generally I think the points costs isn't worth the red paint job. And trukks generally don't require the use of riggaz because they'll either be lucky enough to survive, or explode and die.1. Which is better ona trukk with boyz - red paint or grot riggersDepends really. Cybork gives you one less, but makes your save invul. But is more costly. If you have the points, you could give him both,2. Which is better on a warboss - cybork armour or eavy armourYes3. Can A warboss with cybork or eavy armour ride in a trukk with 11 boyz? No, as an independent character he can leave and rejoin other units. But remember, if the unit he leaves, doesn't have a nob with a bosspole, that unit would lose the bosspole ability.4. If a warboss has a bosspole, can it only be with one unit throughout the game?

Toastee's got it.
I normally give Trukks red paint and reinforced ram. The extra inch may not seem like much, but when you need to get stuck in every bit helps. And the ram is fun for tank shocking and ramming things.
And as for cybork vs. 'eavy armor, I consider cybork body mandatory and 'eavy armor points filler. Against enemies that ignore armor, you'll need the cybork body and against those that don't you're tough enough (I usually run ==My== boss on a bike or with some Nobs+Painboy). Both are good.

Rams! Always put a ram on every trukk. This opens a very large portion of the board up to you, as you can move through terrain with virtually no risk of getting stuck. Also, it enables you to hide inside terrain without much risk as well (only 3% chance of getting immobilized on terrain if you have a ram). Add red paint if you've got the points, but rams are a must have.
I agree with ==Me==, cybork is a must for warbosses, although I usually give them 'eavy armor as well, to help keep them alive. If it's one or the either, definitely go with cybork.
The only think that makes warbosses take up more space in transports is mega armor.
You can give every unit a bosspole, and you should. Always put it on the unit though, not the characters. That way you don't lose the bosspole if the boss is killed.
