Welcome to Librarium Online!
well, I played against eldar with my seeding swarm today, and pretty much tore them apart... even though one 'fex got shredded by a wraithlord and the other scattered off the table. I diced up his wraithguard, I pulled his wraithlord down with three rending warriors, I cut his guardian squads to ribbons, and my 3 feriocious broods, (even though they all scattered like crazy) still managed to land in or near big troop clusters... and the spinegaunts worked wonders.
The problem was, a guard player I played before before, spectating, told me that seeding swarms are "the most broken army in the game", "nobody plays them because they are cheesey" and I can't deepstrike them ever again because "this club doesn't do battle missions, battle missions are retarded, and seeding swarms need to be rewritten". Basically, he told me I'm free to take a seeding swarm, but my strategy rating of 4 is irrelevant because they use the CA2002 mission generation table (even though the seeding swarm is from CA2003). This is the same guard player who refuses to play my 'nids unless it's a long board with no more than 3 pieces of cover, and always takes 2 hellhounds, 2 leman russ tanks, a demolisher, and as many armored fist companies as possible...
So I'm effectively banned from deepstriking with them at the club. I could always play marines with drop pods, which are basically seeding swarms with +3 saves, but then again, what's the point...
I've had it with this hobby. I played three experimental games over a 3 week period, and I've gotten absolutely nothing out of it. Most of the players have been, well, "socially challenged" to put it lightly, and the game itself has consisted pretty much of either me being shot to pieces, or me tearing the other players apart and having the people who shoot me to pieces call me "cheesey". The only army I find appealing is the bugs, and it seems like the only permissable way to play them (at least at my only venue to play them) is to march across big open boards and get shot to hell.
So to summarize, I'm not quitting because I lose a lot; on the contrary, I'm quitting because, win or lose, the game kind of boils down to the rather predictable rolling of dice and moving of figures.
This (crappy) picture is of my very first figure ever; hopefully, a fully painted army of these guys, (painted to a better standard, but roughly of the same color scheme, as this guy) should sell for more than the 200 I paid for them... if so, I should be able to make back costs when I gracelessly exit this hobby.
Oddly enough, my eldar opponent never complained even a bit...
You shouldn't quit, I'm not 100% sure what the seeding rules are, but take winged guants, warriors, and tyrants, then fly them all across the feild and kick the guards ass. And that Fex is hell good.

Well there will always be a sore loser who will cry cheese if you use anything strategic. The eldar player seems like a good sport though.
If you really want to get out of the hobby, there is little i can do. But make sure you are positive you want to leave. Warhammer is an expensive albeit fun hobby...
I would like to ask if this post is to try to sell your army...or just explaining why you won't be seen around here in the future?
Necron will stand for eternity.Their race has survived aeons by trading their very souls for metal bodies. Now, they will live on through eternity and will vanquish all life from our universe. For they are Necron. Flesh is weak. The machine will rise!
Dude, it sounds like you need to find a new club. There are lots of people who take losing really, really seriously. Personally I just don't understand that attitude, as the games usually don't involve wagers or anything!
The seeding swarm is just as valid as any other army list IMO. It even makes sense from a fluff point of view, as this is the way Tyranids attack planets.
I also felt like this about my nids recently, as I was either getting beaten badly or just murdering opponents. I decided to build another army to play, I chose Imperial Guard because they are the exact opposite of the nids....super shooty. I play either army I feel like at the moment and it works OK for me. I like the change of pace when going from one to the other.
If I were you and I was playing with the A-holes that you play with, i'd get a super shooty army together and beat them at their own game. Tau or Imperial Guard. Nothing better than beating a cry baby on his own terms.

I don't want to waste the money, and everyone at the club already plays tau or imperial guard... yesterday night, there were 2 tau players, 2 IG players, 1 eldar, 1 necron, and me, the 'nid guy... there aren't any other clubs nearby
also, as far as selling my army is concerned, I don't need to advertise here, I've already made plenty off of ebay. I just want comments on my 'fex
Well what else do you have? Post more pictures, you can sell the fex for a bundle.
