got AoBR on order, currently collect WH cus I love painting em, but hate the conversions, so here I am starting back again with Da orks, gave away my last ork army to my kid cousin for free like 5 years back, and hes sold them, little ****... anyway...
my eagle eyes notice that you can get 20 whf orcs for next to nothing... this seems like a cheap way of using up extra arms from the boyz boxes..
does anyone have any experience of using them?
do the arms fit on ok?
are they the same size?
I've got a few ork boyz with wfb orc bits on and visa versa and it all looks fine. Orks and Orcs are both the same size so its all interchangeable.I'm the other way around, I love making ork conversions but hate taking the time to paint them.I love painting em, but hate the conversions

Been here nearly 10 years and still haven't managed 500 posts.
Fantasy Orcs are great for conversions, but they don't come with round bases, so they aren't really a better deal, per se, since you have to buy the bases separately. They're just good if for making your boyz stand out, and work great as kommandos as well.

thanks very much both of you
i forgot totally that i'd need to buy some bases with them, still might be a good way to use up any spare arms i have lying around, bases are only 10p a pop
