Heres what I have excluding biomorphs, just weapons, Kinda a swarm list.
Winged hive tyrant- 2x scything talons
broodlord- feeder tendrils
8 broodlord retinue- talons
12 stealers- rending claws
6 warriors(2 squads)- venom cannon; scything talons, 2x scything talons, 2x rending claws, scything talons;rending claws, the other big gun like venom cannon(forgot name);scything talons.
fex- en. senses, venom cannon, t-l fleshborers
fex- 2xscything talons
ravener- rending claws, fleshborer.
So what are my armies main weeknesses? how could I counter them? I never lost a game with this lot.

There's many ways to take care of that list. Get a Space Marine Land Raiders Crusader with 1 squad of TH/SS assault termies. As long as your opponent can shoot down your flyrant, that thing is invincible and will kill a lot of bugs. If the flyrant tries to attack it or if the carnie gets too close, out pops the termies to kill it.
You'd have an extremely tough time with mechanized lists or even a gunline army like Imperial Guards (w/Heavy Bolters & Lascannons) and Tau. I'd recommend maybe some zoans. Personally I like to field zoans as they are a threat to both vehicles and infantry and are highly survivable if used with synapse.
You have almost no way to get rid of vehicles in that list, and guess what everyone is going to take? The flyrant might do some damage, maybe the cc fex, but they'll just get shot up before they even see the hull of any vehicle.
Gargoyles aren't really worth it imo, you could find better use for the points in genes or maybe some thropes.
