Hey guys. My friends play Necrons and Space Marines, and i want to get started in this game. I want to know what a Necron Killer Fex would be great outfitted with?
"The internet perceives censorship as damage, and routes around it."
To destroy Necrons you need a Melee-fex. Necrons often can't handle a Carnifex in assault. Make sure you give it toxin sacs to destroy the Monolith, extended carapace to deflect most Necron weapons, adrenal glands for WS/I and toxic miasma to hit them easily. Assault is an area that causes problems for Necrons and a Carnifex will be handy. The ranged weapons can work but Necron saves will make them rather limited even if the strength of the weapons is high. There are basically too many problems to get around when shooting at Necrons with a Carnifex.
Problem of shooting necrons: They get back up.
Go for CC, trust me, I'm a Necron player and I NEVER want to get into CC, least of all with tyranids. What you want to do is make a unit that's fast and will win CC combat by a lot, and hopefully letting you wipe my unit out. Necrons killed by a sweeping advance do not get back up.

Ok so maybe a Ninja fex of some sort?
I'd go with several cheap close combat fexes. Ninja fexes work fine but I'm not sure if you want to bother with anything that raises initiative, seeing as you wont be going before the necrons, best you can hope for is at the same time. Kit it out with WS and miasma and a couple of talons and then proceed to mash those robots into a pile of bolts.
