I am looking to put the reinforced chiting biomorph on one of my carnifex's. I am not sure how to model this with green stuff so am looking for input to show the biomorph so it could be used in tournaments.
Thanks for your help.
I was going to do something about that as well, but I am thinking of using the extra carapaces, like the thornback, and convert it or add it onto the standard carapace.
Often to do the reinforced chitin or bonded exoskeleton you can make it seem easier by adding more bits to the Carnifex overall to make it bigger. If it is bigger people often think it should be more powerful. Poke through you plastic parts to add more to it so that it look like it has more protection. The description in the codex is rather vague and basically gibberish. So whatever you can come up with should work.
Um Reinforced Chitin? Not sure, games workshop shows that they just made these rings jutting out of the carapace, for me, I just say that they got it.
(unless my bonded exoskeleton counts for it too. i glued a normal carapace to its chest and called it good.)
Other ideas would be adding small spikes all over the armor, or small claws like the Lictor has all over the edge of his scything claws.
